October is the perfect time of year to get cozy with a new (or familiar) art medium. Check out the upcoming classes at Indy’s community art space, In Process. If you haven’t been in yet, we’d love to welcome you in! This space is made by creatives for creatives. We believe all beings are creative and it’s a necessary part of wellbeing to engage with that creativity on a regular basis. It’s time to schedule that date with your creativity! Join Claire in her mindful practice of mandala dot painting. When we say all levels welcome, this couldn’t be more true.. all you need to do is make a dot! Allie has collected some old landscape paintings that are ready to take on a new spooky life. She will guide you in reimagining the image for spooky season. Think ghosts, pumpkins, spiders and more! @doonipagooni is ready to make those Halloween costume dreams a reality! Maybe it’s a costume for you, a little one in your life, a pet or even your porch goose! @s.haines.creative will teach you the art of watercolor and still life painting with this fun gathering of curious things workshop! A free monthly gathering for folks 60+. We gather to learn a new medium and connect with your creativity & others! Honoring the creative legacy of artist Yayoi Kusama, this sliding scale workshop is offered to recreate Kusamas iconic pumpkin & polka dots works. @s.haines.creative can’t wait to show you how easy it can be to paint pumpkins and gourds with a little water, paint & a brush! A new series at In Process: making with mama Carla! This is a free workshop for the community. Mama Carla will guide you in making upcycled sweater pumpkins. How fun is that?!

Raise your hand if you’re ready for cozy soup and sweater season ✋🍁 Picture this: a beautiful tureen sitting in the middle of your dining table keeping soup warm, your friends scooping out second helpings with a handmade ladle into a set of matching handmade bowls. Need a little salt or pepper? That’s there too! Dreamy!! 🤤 In this course students will expand on their fundamental throwing skills by working on consistency/repeated sets and branching into new forms.
