After 10+ years of coaching, I have absolutely ZERO interest in being the person who just counts your reps and tells you to eat more protein 🙄

(Also, are coaches actually still getting away with doing that?)

The women I love working with are already f*king ridiculously capable.

They’ve built careers, businesses, families, bodies, and lives they’re proud of. They’re also SMART enough to know that being successful doesn’t mean they’ve graduated from feeling challenged.

(Hiiiiiiii this is what a good coach is for 👋)

They can take accountability without spiraling.
They can hear something they don’t necessarily want to hear without immediately getting defensive.
They’re willing to question the habits that got them here, when those same habits are clearly not getting them where they want to go next.

They want to be strong as hell and they’re totally done sacrificing themselves for everyone else around them.

Ladies who love getting totally gross in a gym without air conditioning and who also love the designer bag.

These women definitely don’t need another person blowing smoke up their a$$.

They want someone who will pay attention, ask better questions, call them on their shit when necessary, and remind them that wanting more doesn’t mean they’re ungrateful for everything they’ve already built.

If that sounds like you, welcome.
This corner of the internet is for the baddies who want and deserve MORE.

Strong hips are important. Strong hips that MOVE WELL are even better.

Loaded hip mobility is about more than increasing range of motion. It’s about developing the strength, stability, and CONTROL to move effectively through it.

By moving through multiple planes of motion under load, we challenge the glutes, hip flexors, adductors, and surrounding stabilizers while building strength at deeper joint angles.

The goal is developing greater flexibility WHILE ALSO developing the capacity to actively control movement throughout your available range of motion.

Strength is good but strong and MOBILE is the real flex.

3rd annual retreat in the books & I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. 🎯🫶🏼💎

Each year, we curate the weekend around curiosity of self, vulnerability + connection, sitting in the discomfort, & expansion of what’s possible. This past weekend was no different. This year we dove into the ‘masks’ we wear & who we learned to be, plus how the BODY can ‘mask’, too. Then Saturday we dove into next chapters of becoming & how to practice showing up as her. Discomfort ≠ misalignment.

I’m always so impressed by & thankful for the women who show up & lean in. They share things they normally wouldn’t, have conversations they usually shy away from, & experience the love + safety to be fully seen, held, & supported. These weekends are rare… but the most beautiful.
