Still buzzing from last weekend. ✨
Fresh air, great people, delicious food, meaningful conversations, movement, rest, laughter, and a little bit of magic in the Hudson Valley.
And a huge shoutout to (@meghan.hunter.yoga )—friend, collaborator, and one of my favorite humans to share this work with. 💛
Grateful to everyone who joined us and helped create such a special few days. Already looking forward to the next one. ✨ www.matthewshawyoga.com www.meghanhunteryoga.com

In case you missed it, something special happened this weekend in the Hudson Valley. Twenty inspiring people arrived with yoga mats and openess - and within HOURS, strangers were laughing, cold plunging, AND deep diving as if they’d known each other for years. Planning and co-leading this retreat with my dear friend @yogimatthew was its own kind of joy. He does everything just as he teaches in the classroom - with clarity, intelligence, humor, and the kind of presence that makes everyone feel instantly safe and alive. A TRUE GEM. We meditated, established rhythm, found stillness and played with floating on our hands. By day 2, it felt like a full-blown (wholesome-ish) cult had formed. The group chat is THRIVING. The reunion plans are being set. Retreat 2026 is in the works. Matching robes are being ordered. Thank you to our new friends for trusting us and making the effort to be there in all the ways. 🫶🏻

✨A retreat is never just the setting (though wow—this one was stunning). It’s the people who show up. The way you all showed up—with openness, kindness, and full hearts—made this weekend unforgettable. 💛 Incredible venue, beyond amazing food, and a retreat partner who made it all flow with ease — @meghan.hunter.yoga, you’re a dream. Can’t wait for more! ✨ www.matthewshawyoga.com ✨FLOW TO THRIVE✨

Spent the last few days celebrating a great cause, the end of an era, and a milestone birthday — all with some of my favorite people.

We’re assembling volunteers for our first Shelter Hike with @newleashonlifeusa ! They have graciously allowed us to be involved with a hike/walk with their dogs on local trails. Currently planning to take the next cohort of trainees to Pennypack Park in November. We admire their mission: “With our innovative and unique program model, we rescue at-risk dogs and work with justice-involved individuals in both prison and community settings to create second chances.” - New Leash on Life Please fill out our volunteer registration form, and we’ll send our list to to their volunteer coordinator by the end of the month. She’ll send volunteer training information. Then, we’ll be good to take these dogs out to enjoy nature along with us!
