Fuel for the ride… and her clients. 🚲💜

Love seeing NAGI become part of someone’s real day. @doulasonbikes grabs her favourites for herself while she’s on the go — and keeps some on hand to share with her clients too. 🥰

And can we talk about the pickup outfit? 😎😂

NAGI on wheels. We’re here for it. 🚲✨

Oxytocin isn’t just the hormone of love and bonding—it plays an important role in labour, too. 🤍

And while you can’t always control whether you’ll need an induction, there are ways to support your body, understand your options, and feel more prepared for the decisions that may come up.

That’s exactly what 1:1 childbirth education is about.
With Vera Kevic, you can ask the questions you actually have, talk through your birth preferences, learn about induction and ways to support physiological labour, and leave feeling more informed and confident.

✨ In-clinic or virtual
✨ Choose the session length that works for you
✨ Completely personalized to YOUR birth

Ready to feel more prepared for birth? Book your 1:1 with Vera at Frame Fidelity.

On Friday, May 22nd, AVI Media proudly attended the CanadianSME Small Business Show 2026 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The event brought together an incredible community of entrepreneurs, business owners, and innovators focused on mastering technology, capital, and innovation for future growth.

One of the highlights of the event was giving away a dash cam prize to our lucky winner, Vera, owner of the unique and community-focused company, Doula’s on Bikes.

Events like these remind us of how powerful community, collaboration, and innovation can be, and we’re excited to continue supporting and growing alongside the amazing businesses we met throughout the day.

Pelvic Health meets Childbirth prep!

Agnes & Vera have a chat about pregnant clients and how preparation with a physiotherapist can ease fears and encourage a smooth labour and birth.

Working with both practitioners is a blissful duo! Physical, personalised visits with achievable goals for birth :)

🙆 get to know your physiology
💁‍♀️ learn what to expect
🙋‍♀️ practice optimal positions for labour

We have similar fears, it is not a huge secret that we want freedom to move in labour, to be heard if and when we speak, to remain as intact as possible and to have our birth be as a joyful experience as possible!

Achievable! Let's talk.

Class is in session! Live Q & A with in-house Childbirth educator Vera on her instagram takeover day!

My first baby was born vaginally, my second is breech presentation. Is a cesarean my only option?

How will I know the difference between Braxton Hicks and true labour contractions?

Which is best for pregnancy care: osteo, chiro or massage?

Why would I take a class with a Doula instead of a Midwife, Nurses or a hospital class?

What are clinics visits with Vera like?
