The most magical session with Alex and her sweet little family 🥹

Mother Nature really showed off during this evening with a little drizzle, some insane lighting and a double rainbow to top it off 🌈

Molly and Fritz were the sweetest girlies and simply had a blast out in nature. Molly, while getting older in age, shared her extreme excitement with barks everytime she got out of the car and some impressive jumps in the Twin Lakes. Fritz shared her spunk, hunting all the little critters in the field and biting at her sister when she got too far out into the water.

Shoots like these are exactly why I love doing this 🥰 Felt positively warm and fuzzy on my drive home. Thank you again Alex for trusting me with taking these photos 🫶🏻

How many of you incorporate alternative healthcare into your animals’ lives?

Kulu has been seeing Dr. Alex at Tails Chiropractic for quite a while now, and I’ve seen a marked improvement. Kulu grew incredibly fast, and with that came what I would describe as growing pains—especially very tight hips. Add in the amount of hiking, running, playing, and intense exercise she does, taking care of her body is really important to me.

I’m a big fan of Dr. Alex specifically in Broomfield. Her demeanor with Kulu is wonderful, and I really appreciate her ability and the care she gives her.

There are so many supportive options for our animals beyond traditional care—chiropractic, hydrotherapy, massage, energy healing, and more. For Kulu, chiropractic care coupled with the energy healing I give her has made a huge difference.

Our animals use their bodies hard, too. Sometimes they need a little extra support. ❤️🐾

Do you use any alternative or complementary care for your animals?

Who else is counting down to vacation? 🙋‍♀️☀️

We’re here for your furry family all week long—but even animal chiropractors need a little time to recharge. 🤪

As we head into August and September, some of our doctors will be taking some well-deserved vacations. If your pup is due for an adjustment or you know you’ll need an appointment, now’s the perfect time to get on the schedule!

A little planning now means your fur babe won’t miss out on the care they need!

Cooper’s progress✨

This poor guy came in Tuesday with acute neck pain - head tilt, stiff posture, and whimpering. 🫣 He has shown incredible improvement and we are so happy for him and his family!

prim’s training diary / 02 🥾🌲🧳✈️

everything we’ve done from 10-12 weeks: hiking, visiting family, our first @tailschirocare visit + another flight (plus, a sneak peek at our new house! 🏡) I just love seeing the dog she’s becoming!!! & this is a good reminder to document all of these little moments because they grow so fast at this age - yes, she is 19.2lbs! 🤣

When you decide to incorporate chiropractic services into your dogs’ monthly care and end up making a friend for life 🫶🏻

Between Dango’s orthopedic needs, Boba’s athleticism, and Nori’s rough-and-tumble nature, canine chiropractic care has been such a positive addition to their overall wellness. And I just know the dogs love their adjustments cuz they are so relaxed afterward and nap so hard for the rest of the day.

If you’re local to the Denver and/or Fort Collins area, go see Dr. Alex! Your dog will thank you for it. 🫶🏻

It’s been almost 3 months since Zoey’s injury and I’m finally starting to feel hopeful about summer adventures again 🫶

We’ve been taking things slow and focusing on building her strength back up. There wasn’t one thing that magically fixed everything (although time is definitely a strong contender).

We added massages, chiropractor visits, took away off leash time, and @wuffes #gifted us their Advanced Hip & Joint Support chew.

So grateful to see her getting back to herself 🐾

My lungs burned on the way up and Alex and I almost got stuck in 2+ feet of snow but it was worth it.

Did you know back pain can cause gait changes?!

In this pup’s case, spinal discomfort changed how her nervous system was communicating with her body—causing her to high step with both rear legs as a compensation.

When the spine isn’t moving well, the brain and body can’t coordinate movement the way they should. Dogs adapt… until they don’t have to anymore.

✨After her adjustment:
• Improved spinal motion
• Better nervous system communication
• A smoother, more natural gait

This is why we tell owners to not ignore subtle gait changes—they’re often the body’s early warning signs.
If your dog’s walk looks “off,” trust that instinct.
It’s information 💛
