🦴Chiropractic care isn’t just about cracking backs - it’s about understanding how your body moves, how it responds to daily stress and load, and how small adjustments can support better movement over time.

Your chiropractor can help you identify areas of tension, improve mobility, and support your overall wellness - not just relieve pain.

Your goals deserve support 💪

I’m lucky to have some amazing practitioners at @craftedbalanceclinic - I’ve seen most of them this summer/fall 😅 @physio.katieallward @pulse.acu @alwaysbloooming . More recently I’ve struggled with an old injury resurfacing (and an upcoming fun-run ✨) so I’ve been checking in with @theagpmethod Dr. Avery to get some hands-on treatment and exercises to do at home. It’s crazy… actually doing your rehab exercises helps 😅. If you are a runner, she’s also a wealth of knowledge (and motivation!)

💡In Phase 3: Motor Control, we dove into what truly transforms rehab into retraining movement for life.

Motor control is how the brain and body work together to plan, coordinate, and execute movement. When it’s dialed in, clients move efficiently and without pain. When it’s not, compensations and dysfunction take over.

Through this course, we explored how to assess and train functional movement patterns, using our 8-step framework to help clients reconnect with their nervous system and build lasting movement autonomy. 🧠🚀
