When most people think of physcal therapy, they think the "why" behind what we do is to help people get out of pain

And they're right. That's what most physical therapy clinics' "whys" are and what purpose their clinics serve

Pro+Kinetix's "why" is different and so much more. It's helping people live longer AND help our patients make the most out of those added years.

It's also why most of our patients continue to work with us on a monthly basis long after they're out of pain to optimize and dial in their training programming, nutrition, sleep, and all things that put them in the best position to live longer and to make the most out of those added years - being active and making memories with their loved ones

This is our "why"

We made the 2026 Inc. 5000 Magazine 🏆

That puts Pro+Kinetix among the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in America, out of more than 6 million. The same list that ranked Microsoft, Patagonia, and Chobani early on. Seven years ago we were one room in Oakland. Today we’re multiple locations with a team of 20+ amazing team members

From day one the goal has been simple: show people what good healthcare actually looks like. A full hour, one on one, with a medical professional who listens. We treat the person in front of us, not a line on a chart. Your goals, your training, the stuff you’re trying to get back to.

To the PTs watching who are stuck somewhere they can’t give patients the care those patients actually deserve: we’re hiring. You know the feeling. Too many people on the schedule, not enough time with any of them, doing a version of the job you didn’t sign up for.

We’re built the opposite way. Full-hour, one-on-one sessions, mentorship from board-certified OCS and SCS clinicians, and a company growing fast enough that your career has room to move. Come do the work you got into this for.

To our team: this one’s yours. Thanks for always taking pride in what we do.

Best part is we're just getting started 🚀

After 3+ years of doing things my way, I’m back in network. Playing by their rules.

I’ve been working in the insurance-based world for 7 months now. It’s a constant battle - trying to provide the best care with one hand tied behind your back

I’ve also been here, using social media platforms for over 6 years to provide insight into sports physical therapy but more importantly - patient first care.

If you’re new here, my tone is positive. I love what I do.

I get to push a product that I not only whole heartedly believe in but is also heavily researched as one of the best and most cost efficient bio hacks that exists - physical activity.

It’s also big business

🎥 So these are just some of the many things I have been seeing in both my everyday world treating patients as well as things you need to be aware of as a patient (consumer)

Some honorable mentions

🚩insurance approving 6 visits at a time
🚩Diagnosis based on imaging alone
🚩Diagnosis of “early arthritis” in young active people
🚩My hips are just out of alignment
🚩Injections not guided by imaging
🚩overly prescribing injections (> 3 per year)

👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️Fellow PTs and healthcare Professionals, what are you seeing in the field that we can fix?

🫵 Patients! What are you dealing with that is a barrier to your care and improvement??

Let’s start the conversation so we can serve you the way you deserve 🙏

People tell us this all the time:

"I need an MRI to find out what’s really wrong with me.”

But here’s the truth: X-rays and MRIs don’t always tell the real story about pain or why you hurt.

A study scanned over 1,200 people who had no back pain…

88% of them still had disc bulges on their MRI! 🤯

That means your scan might look bad, but your body could be doing just fine.

Pain is complex. It's more about how you move, live, and respond… not just what an image shows.

That’s why we assess how your body moves, not just what your MRI says.

Before you rush into scans, injections, or surgery, get a Biomechanical Assessment & Initial Evaluation with our team. We’ll help you find the root cause of your pain and get you moving again.

Trust your body. Healing happens through motion, not magic.
