Not every workout needs to become a cinematic battle against your demons…(even though most of mine are.)

But somewhere along the way, people started acting like caring is cringe.

Meanwhile your back hurts, your energy sucks, and your stress is through the roof. Finding some discipline and moving some weight and your body will help that.

I mean, Honestly, the older I get, the more I respect people who go hard in the gym, their relationships, and life in general. And that’s not toxic.

Trying isn’t lame. Half-assing everything and calling it balance is though.

BOOTCAMP FOR A CAUSE ✨🤍‼️

Saturday, May 30th | 9AM

Join us at Training Camp for a donation-based community bootcamp in honor of Foster Care Awareness Month - supporting Foster Village Charlotte 🩵

✨ 50-minute workout
🎶 Music
🎁 Giveaways
🛍️ Vendors

Come sweat for a cause, connect with the community, and support an incredible mission. All fitness levels welcome!

There are currently over 11,000 children in foster care in the state of North Carolina, along with a significant shortage of licensed foster families. One of the biggest reasons families do not renew their foster care license is due to a lack of support.

@fostervillagecharlotte exists to create connection with dignity for children and families experiencing foster care by meeting urgent needs, providing educational and emotional support, and advocating as a collective community voice for children. They believe strengthening the families and systems surrounding children in foster care leads to a resilient next generation that breaks the cycle of childhood adversity.

Join us on May 30th to support Foster Village Charlotte, learn more about ways to help children in foster care, and be part of something bigger than a workout 🩵

What a great day serving others. Thanks to @teamsmilenation , @colgateus , @rhopsiomega and soooo many other sponsors, we were able to make a difference in some children’s lives today!

A pleasure to see @ecudental colleagues and remember exactly what we all signed up for; service. I met so many people and today will have a lasting imprint on my heart. I hope these children feel the impact and warmth we all had to share.

Super shoutout to all of the volunteers that made this possible.

Cannot wait to do it again!
Blessed to be able to serve!

Training Day wasn’t about winning.
It was about showing up, getting uncomfortable, and doing hard things with good people.
That’s the work. 💥
