Wellness is all about balance. 😂🥗🍟I ordered French dressing with a salad on the side. And fries. Fries are potatoes. Potatoes are vegetables.
I don’t make the rules. I just follow the science. 😂Please respect my commitment to wellness. 💗💚

Happy Women Physicians Day!
Shout out to all the working women physicians who have dealt with tremendous obstacles to serve. As the daughter of a physician and niece, I have heard stories! I admire these women for their courage.
There are so many of us out there who keep going everyday and I want to say:
Thank you for your service!

Greatful for @mayoclinicsom students Bryant and Chloe @mayoclinic psychiatry resident Caylon and consultant Dr. Monica Taylor Desir who attended my presentation. Enjoyed meeting new friends and catching up with NMA President Virginia Caine, @drpriscillampasimd @dr.tygaines and @sickledoc. Shout out to @hennepinhc @apa_foundation @nationalmedassn for supporting underrepresented medical students with their professional development! #AMEC2025 #AMEC #networking #lifelonglearning #medicaleducation #mentoring #publichealth

Quick recap of my weekend visit to NC for godmom duty (seeing my @ereid.3 cross into Kappa Land): Hit the ground running with his mom. Stood in line in the rain. Sat in the stands through 3 other orgs' probate shows. Followed his line to their plot on campus to see them join their big brothers. Woke up early the next day to go watch his baseball team in a double-header. Came back the next day to see the last game of the weekend series. Oh and of course I ate & drank good.

@ereid.3 you are SO loved, and you continue to make your village proud. I can't wait to see how the service of this organization translates through your life and work.
