An inspiring evening surrounded by doctors and surgeons making an impact across healthcare, charity, public health, research, AI, media and the military in the UK.

All have had very different journeys, but share a commitment to excellence and to lifting others as we climb.

It has inspired me to keep pushing, keep learning and keep becoming the best version of myself for my patients.

It was lovely to hear fitting tributes to Oliver Adebayo, past President of the British Orthopaedic Trainees Association (BOTA), who passed away earlier this year, and who embodied the spirit of the gathering. 👑🖤

My first dinner. Definitely not the last.

@dr_jwright was always “healthy” on paper…

but deep down, he knew he was nowhere near the man he could be.

He’s been training for nearly a decade.

He knew the gym.

He understood nutrition.

He’s literally a cardiologist.

But in the mirror?

He didn’t feel like the elite version of himself he expected to see.

Because when you’re working 12+ hour shifts, and carrying real pressure on your back

the last thing you want to do is track macros and plan your own training blocks.

That’s when Jermaine reached out.

He didn’t want a cheerleader.

He didn’t want a buddy.

He wanted a system.

Structure.

Accountability.

A clear roadmap from “I know what to do” to “I’m actually doing it at the highest level.”

So we built it together.

- A training plan that respected his body
- Nutrition that included the foods he actually liked
- Full structure every meal, every rep, every phase mapped out
- And coaching that kept him locked in, even while on holiday or just dealing with life

And the result?

Jermaine walked into his photoshoot in the best shape of his life.

Lean. Strong. Clear.

Not just physically but mentally.

Because this wasn’t just about looking good.

It was about becoming a leader.

Someone who can stand in front of patients and say:

“This is what’s possible when you stop waiting and start executing.”

That’s what we do inside the BelieveIt Program.

No fluff.

No guesswork.

Just results, backed by structure and a system.

If you’re tired of doing it alone and not getting the results your putting in and you know you’ve got more in you

DM me “BELIEVE” and I’ll show you how we get you there.

We’re just getting started.
