I had the pleasure of attending Intentions with Bloom 🌿✨ What an incredible and intentional experience!

I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a beautiful event and to introduce each individual to a more holistic approach to healing the body, reconnecting with themselves, and embracing wellness from within.

As a chiropractor, my mission extends beyond the adjustment room. It’s about educating, empowering, and reminding people that healing is a journey that involves the body, mind, and spirit.

Thank you to @iamshondachante for creating a space centered on intention, connection, and holistic wellness. It was an honor to serve, connect, and share the power of chiropractic care! 🙏🏾🧡

Healing begins within. 🌱

Black men’s mental health matters. 🖤

We’re often taught to be strong, provide, protect, and push through but rarely taught that it’s okay to not be okay.

You can be strong and still need support. You can be a leader and still need healing. You can be the person everyone depends on and still deserve someone to lean on.

Let’s normalize vulnerability, prioritize healing, and remind Black men that they don’t have to suffer in silence.

We deserve more than survival. We deserve peace, too. 🖤

PART 2: What We Don’t See

Sometimes, we see someone experiencing homelessness, but we don’t see the trauma, loss, or circumstances that may have led them there.

Yesterday reminded me that behind every person is a story we may never know.

As a healthcare provider, I believe healing starts with compassion, not judgment. Before we judge someone’s situation, let’s remember their humanity.

You never know what someone has survived just to make it through another day. ❤️

PART 1: Trauma in the Unhoused Community

Yesterday, I witnessed trauma in action. It reminded me that unhoused is more than the absence of a home; it’s also the weight of experiences many of us may never fully understand.

Sometimes, healing begins when we stop judging and start seeing the human being behind the circumstances.

To be continued…

I was so scared to get my neck adjusted!
I know I got on @dr_prolificx nerves this day! Y’all I kept bartering with him about adjusting my neck. I’m so glad he was patient with me, LOL.

I was so nervous I didn’t even notice the camera man videoing the whole thing and laughing at me 😩😂.

Vibes & Liberation was more than a daytime experience—it was a reminder that community is built in the moments between the music. Laughter over games, conversations that flowed naturally, and an atmosphere where everyone belonged. Thank you to everyone who came and added to the energy. Until next time. ☀️🎶

I’m officially a mat rat. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨
I had the best time tapping into movement, wellness, and community at Mat Culture. The day started with two 35-minute express classes… first up was Pilates with @carm_cage , then it was time to turn up the energy with Sculpt with @frraaancesca .

I loved getting to experience so many different modalities in one fun, intentional space. From the chiropractic adjustments from @prolific_chiropractic , to the matcha bar @boredcoffeellc , henna from @malihas.henna , floral arrangements from @shondablooms , so many wellness activations, giveaways, prizes, and connecting with so many amazing vendors & people. Everything was curated so beautifully.

Thank you @mat.culture_ for creating such a fun space to move, breathe, align, and connect. I had the best time ever. 🫶🏽

The harsh reality of running a medical practice right now? 🔄 You are caught between two massive forces.

On one side, you have incredible medical innovations—AI tools, personalized treatments, and advanced tech. On the other side, you have a brutal financial landscape: skyrocketing claim denials, rising labor costs, and ballooning A/R.

Here is the truth most consultants won't tell you: Innovation doesn't matter if your practice isn't actually getting paid.

If you are a doctor or practice manager, you didn't go to school to fight with insurance payers all day. Yet, every single denied claim drains your staff's time and bleeds your hard-earned revenue.

You don’t have a patient care problem. You have a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) problem.

It’s time to stop letting insurance companies hold your revenue hostage.

👇 TAKE ACTION TODAY:

We specialize in plugging the leaks in your billing system. DM us the word "AUDIT" and our team at @rafi_medicalbilling will look over your current cycle to find exactly where you are losing money.
