Obturation followed by MTA for perforation seal. 3rd case - 17 year old re-treatment with file separation in mesiolingual canal. Ongoing treatment hence not obturated. Deep posterior composite restoration This was a challenging case—decay was quite deep and nearly approaching the pulp. I focused on preserving tooth vitality and aimed for the most natural-looking restoration possible. Unfortunately, I was out of rubber dam that day, so I had to rely on cotton roll isolation—far from ideal, but I made the best of the situation. This Time, It Was Special Last year was, without a doubt, one of the toughest chapters of my life. I learned—sometimes painfully—that every blessing comes with a test, and every test carries a hidden blessing. Mentally, emotionally, personally, and professionally, it was a rollercoaster ride of challenges. Amidst all of it, I focused on learning and growing, not just for myself but for the betterment of the Patients I care for. Training myself to become better, despite the odds, was no easy feat. But seeing the impact on the children (Patients) I helped this year, using the knowledge and experience I worked so hard to gain, are beyond what words can express. Those moments alone made every struggle worthwhile. And then came the milestone—walking across the stage in a robe to receive my degree.
