Big thanks to our friends at @truesportspt for spending the day at Velocity! Our Development Academy athletes got hands-on treatment from licensed physical therapists (former collegiate baseball players!).  Our athletes got hands-on soft tissue work to loosen up tight muscles and help with recovery. Then they put their lower half to the test on the force plates, measuring how much power they generate, how fast they produce it, and how balanced they are side to side. Why it matters: strong, healthy bodies throw harder, swing faster, and stay on the field longer. Recovery and data like this help us train smarter, not just harder. Stay tuned for more ways we’re bringing performance and recovery together under one roof. Velocity Baseball | velocitybaseballva.com (link in bio)
