💻 Live online, join from your desk on your lunch break
🎟 £10, with all proceeds going to charity

Doctor Terry has been a customer (and subscriber) with us since early 2026.

We reached out to ask for a sneak peek into her life as a doctor and mother, and she kindly agreed :)

She shares with us that Nuwa helps her to stay on top of all her responsibilities, while navigating peri-menopause 🙌💪

Have you looked in the mirror and suddenly thought “where have these jowls come from?!” You are not alone.

Jowls happen naturally when your skin loses collagen and elastin over time, your bone structure changes and the fat pads in your face shift and shrink.

It’s a common concern we hear from clients. But what can you do about it?

💉Non-surgical aesthetic treatment options as discussed with @dr_terry_ in the video
💧 Lymphatic drainage to sweep fluid away from the jawline reducing puffiness. Our Diamond Energy facial is amazing for this - using facial massage techniques and an Onyx Gua Sha to enhance facial contours
💪🏻 Facial exercises to help the face, neck and jaw muscles better hold their shape. A big trend on TikTok is ‘mewing’ where you flatten your tounge against the roof of your mouth. Worth a shot?!

If this is something you’ve been thinking about get in touch.

Dr Terry will be in Dornoch on Sunday the 13th of September for her next clinic.

18 years in aesthetics. Here’s what that teaches you about building a business that actually lasts ⬆️

Most practitioners focus on the clinical side when they start out - which of course makes sense. But the ones who build something sustainable are the ones who understand how to protect and grow what they earn, not just earn it.

The financial side of running an aesthetics business is rarely talked about honestly. Tax, insurance, reinvestment, knowing when to scale and when to hold - these aren’t things you figure out on your first course. They’re things that take years to learn the hard way, unless someone shows you a shorter route.

That’s what 18 years looks like in practice. And it’s what we build into our training from day one!

What’s the one thing you wish you’d known earlier about the business side of aesthetics? Drop it below 👇

Great skin is within your reach… but it isn’t created in one treatment or by a miracle overnight.

It requires effort, care and an investment on several levels especially as we get older.

Nutrition, hydration, skincare, facials, SPF, hormone balance are the foundations.

But now, new innovative skin boosters can help by targeting the deeper layers of the skin, boosting luminosity, plumpness and texture.

I talked to @dr_terry_ about why these skin boosters are fast becoming a skincare essential. Regeneration and stimulation of the skin produces collagen and elastin, supporting skin health and longevity.

Some options to consider:
✨Sunekos - for firmer, hydrated, younger looking skin
Sunekos is a unique injectable skin treatment that combines hyaluronic acid with amino acids to regenerate the skin’s extracellular matrix. This stimulates your body to produce more collagen and elastin for natural rejuvenation.

✨Polynucleotides - for improved skin texture and hydration
Polynucleotides are the building blocks of DNA and are used in aesthetics as natural skin regenerators. These purified fragments of DNA stimulate your skin to boost collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, improving skin texture, hydration and elasticity without adding volume to the skin.

✨ Teoxane babyGLOW - for immediate glow and hydration with minimal downtime
BabyGLOW is ideal if you want your skin to look fresher and more rested. It’s a light reflecting contour treatment designed to brighten the mid face and leave skin looking lifted, fresh and radiant.

✨Ellanse Collagen Biostimulator
This injectable treatment provides natural volume and long lasting facial rejuvenation by stimulating your body’s own collagen production. Gradual natural results lead to firmer smoother skin over time.

We are a Health Improvement Scotland registered aesthetics clinic based in Dornoch.

Have you ever wondered what causes jowls? And just what can you do about them?

Jowls are caused by changes to bone structure, loss of collagen and elasticity in the skin and changes to fat pads in the face.

Good news is there are several non-surgical treatment options that can improve the appearance of jowls and sharpen the jawline.

Dr Terry will be in the Dornoch clinic this Sunday 31st May. Book a consultation to discuss your skin goals.
