We are thrilled to announce that a new provider will be joining our practice starting Monday, September 21st! 🎉

Her schedule is officially open, and she is eager to care for our community. Whether you are due for a routine adjustment or have a specific treatment goal, we encourage you to contact us to schedule an appointment with her!

She specializes in pregnancy, TMJ & Headaches, and Low Back Pain. Read more below 🙌🏻

“Dr. Acacia Zodrow’s work is rooted in the belief that effort and recovery belong together. With dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and human biology and a Doctorate of Chiropractic, she approaches care through a nervous-system lens — recognizing that physical symptoms are often intertwined with stress, life transitions, and emotional load.

She has pursued continuing education in women’s healthcare, including Webster Technique and postpartum rehabilitation, and is especially drawn to supporting women and adults navigating seasons of change. Her care is intentional, collaborative, and steady. The goal isn’t only symptom relief, but helping you feel more at home in your body. Outside the clinic, she’s hiking up big mountains, lifting heavy things, or finding her way to live music whenever she can.”

If pain has been keeping you from workouts, sleep, hiking, lifting your kids, or just feeling like yourself… you deserve a chiropractor who helps you understand why your body hurts instead of just telling you to live with it.

I help women move with more confidence, less fear, and find themselves back in a body that feels like home again🌟

Follow for practical pain & movement education, or book an appointment if you’re ready to get back to doing what you love.

📍Portland, Oregon
I would love to meet you!!

I wanted this to be a TMJ resource that you could keep on your phone and pull out of your pocket whenever you need it:

- at 2 am when you’re half awake and your jaw hurts and you need relief
- when you’re on vacation and don’t have access to care
- when you’re sitting in the car between 89 other things and you need some peace of mind

Instead of searching the internet for why your jaw hurts or trying to piece it all togther otherwise, now you’ll have it all in one place. Thank you to everyone who’s encouraged me to create resources beyond the treatment room. I can’t wait to hear what you think. I hope it brings you some relief x

If there are other topics you’re looking to have a pocket resource to, let me know. I love chiropractic and I love creating!

We see a lot of lower back pain at @jadechiropdx—it's part of being chiropractors! But that's only one of the many conditions we help our patients with.

Here's a snapshot of some of the conditions we treated in the office this week.

Wondering if chiropractic care could help with something you're experiencing? Reach out to schedule a consultation with one of our doctors. We'd be happy to answer your questions and see if we're the right fit for your care.

Movement is medicine, but so is taking the time to check in with your body. For active bodies, monthly maintenance chiropractic adjustments can be the difference between constantly putting out fires and staying on track toward your goals.

This was our rainy Saturday reset🤸

Supplement culture can feel overwhelming so here’s what I actually take every day & why I take it. If you’re curious about any of them, I have a Fullscript dispensary with professional-grade options AND my patients get 10% off + free shipping over $50. Link in bio.

This is for educational purposes and not a substitute for personalized care.
