First time playing pickleball yesterday and I had SO much fun

Took me a while to get the hang of it, but once I did, I didn’t want to stop. I genuinely could’ve kept playing until the next morning 😂

More of this please

Moments of joy 🤍

About last night…👀

R.A.D Acid Athletics took over Gymnasium Kennington and the vibes were unreal ⚡️

Epic energy, epic support (as always!) and epic efforts.

Big love to everyone who showed up, pushed hard and brought the noise 👏🏻🔥

And a shout out to our three winners (you’ve got yourself a pair of RADS 😉)

Karakalpakstan, you’ve been a blast!

I got to see Chilpik Dakhma Kala, the Aral Sea, and Mizdakhan Necropolis (photos and videos were prohibited, so I took a photo of the entrance - really beautiful though).

More of a history day and we were pretty far out from anywhere for the most part!
The story behind the Aral Sea (“the ship cemetery”) is a pretty sad one ❤️‍🩹

✨ Bright Spot Friday ✨

This week, we had an incredible surprise as none other than @coachnmathew, 2x Top 20 CrossFit Games athlete, stopped by our box! 💪🔥

Nick, along with his wonderful family, joined us for a class before heading to @fitfest_uk the next day.

It was amazing to see them share the floor with our members, bringing so much positivity and connection to the community. 🏋️‍♂️✨

Nick’s journey continues to inspire, especially his standout moment at the CrossFit Games, where he dominated the never-before-seen DU Crossovers, securing his first event win on the sport’s biggest stage. 🔥
