Today I went to see my AMAZING Kinesiologist @dradamfogelman and he did some AMAZING work for my body. I’ve told you all before that he’s my own personal Mr. Miyoggy. He knows so much more than he could ever say about how to heal the body. I’m blessed to have such an amazing person caring for my total wellbeing. #healthylifestyle #kinesiology #optimalHealth #iamabundance #HealthyBody

#GiveThanks #GiveBack. We couldn't be more grateful for our volunteers. As we give thanks for the gifts in our lives, for the friends and family who surround us and the food on our tables, let us give back to those who do not. Help us continue to create meals and warm places to go for people who have less with a donation to brunchclub.mydagsite.com Love and Peace to all ❤️

50 volunteers came out on Sunday for @brunch_club and we made 350 bags of food, water, hygiene and useful items, plus handwritten notes of encouragement for the homeless of downtown San Diego. If you're local, I'd love to have you join one of our monthly events. Like the fb page Facebook.com/BrunchClubSD for info or DM me your email address. If you want to help pay for the items we give out, please visit our fundraiser BrunchClub.mydagsite.com and donate what you can. We ask for a symbolic contribution of $35 for the 3.5 million homeless Americans, but any amount is greatly appreciated. Share with your friends. #bethechange Thank you! ❤️✌️#brunchclub #sandiego #spiritjunkie

Today Brunch Club found ourselves outside while making our bags up, and everyone made the best of it, using all surfaces to still hygienically make sandwiches and put our bags together and we still fed 350! I am overwhelmed with gratitude today as I was joined by 20 amazing friends at @PurpleStride San Diego 2014. TWENTY!!! Today we walked together to cultivate awareness, increase funds and create hope for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) & those affected by this horrifying disease. A huge thank you to my co-team lead @drfogelman for joining me today to share our common message and to our kick A$$ team who got up at O'dark-thirty to volunteer their precious time on a Sunday to share today with us. I love you guys and am beyond grateful for you and all who have supported me on this journey. THANK YOU. We are making a difference and creating HOPE! Much love. 💜 #PurpleStride #PanCAN #purposefulpeople #cherishyourhealth #hugyourlovedones #bethechange #hope #miracles #dad #lyblub @sugarheartlife @hashtagbetsy @jdahl13 @jessinahama @yumes2thebooms @ardengandy @sarah92014 @marie_louise29 @angelala63
