Denne sommeren og høsten har vært helt vill! Vi er ekstra stolte over at en levende kulturarv har fått så mye oppmerksomhet på kinolerret.

Sailing Draken wasn't all sunshine.

It was hard, cold and tough — but I loved every second of it.

There was something incredibly raw about standing aboard one of the largest Viking ships in the world, sailing through rough seas and storms with the wind and waves hitting us.

And somewhere out there, I couldn't stop thinking about the Vikings who crossed these same seas over a thousand years ago.

No modern safety gear. No waterproof clothing. No GPS. No weather forecasts.

And sometimes, no idea what was waiting for them when they finally reached land.

For a moment, it felt like getting a small glimpse into their world. ⚔️⛵🌊

One of the things I really liked during adventures like this is that I don't need my phone for anything. I love being without my phone! And then, on some days when I feel like it, I love taking photos, and I try to capture the beauty of this trip and its people.

It’s TIME to FACE YOUR DESTINY @erling

After covering the World Cup and daring Haaland to comment on my video, I have arrived in Norway and spent the past 5 days sailing on a VIKING SHIP to the town of the man who beat Brazil.

It started off as a fun joke but at this point… I THINK WE GOTTA MEET.

Why? Cause it would be FUNNY, Erling. Do it for the plot.

Over 2 million people watched this on live TV 🤯🇧🇷🇳🇴

On Saturday, @bandjornalismo - one of Brazil’s biggest TV networks - did a story about my journey from covering the World Cup to traveling to Norway after Erling Haaland commented on my video.

Being featured on national news in Brazil is an honor, but what made it truly special is the fact my former boss actually wrote and reported this story.

Before becoming a content creator, I worked behind the scenes for many years. From 2015-2017 I was as a producer and videographer for this network alongside their international correspondent @sergiogabriellopes who was my boss but became a mentor and a friend.

From filming stories with Sérgio to now becoming the story, this was a special full circle moment for me. Thank you to Jornal da Band, @drakenhh for taking me to Bryne and to everyone who has supported my journey ❤️🦆

This is just the beginning.

Sailing through the harbour is Draken Harald Hårfagre, the world’s largest Viking ship sailing in modern times. The 35-metre ship has recently gained worldwide attention as Odysseus’ ship in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey 🎬⚔️
