Ghost your ex, not your chiropractor. 👻

Dr. Cameron went full ghost for this one, the team is losing it in the background, and yes, that’s a skeleton dancing. 💀 But the real scare is how long your spine has been putting up with your desk chair, your phone posture, and that ‘I’ll book next week’ you’ve been saying since August.

Spooky season is the perfect time to get back on track.

He has no idea where he’s going. He just insists on being there first.

Full speed ahead into the unknown is kind of our family motto.

We just signed the lease on a second location. We don’t have the whole path figured out yet. But we’ve learned it tends to reveal itself the further you get into it.

Owning your own business with your wife means your boss is always around. I wouldn’t have it any other way. We work hard and we are always looking for ways to improve and grow our business. Even after 16 years we find ourselves out to dinner talking about something we need to do, or change. Then, like any good business owners should…we take action on our plan immediately. #entrepreneur #smallbusiness #businessownerlife

My wife is a chiropractor. We built this together. There’s nowhere to hide.

We’re both chiropractors. She’s also a functional medicine provider. Together we built a practice side by side, from the ground up.

She helps develop our clinical protocols. She treats patients. She challenges my thinking on a daily basis.

Building something with someone who holds the same standard you do. There’s nothing like it.

It also means there’s nowhere to hide.

If I’m rationalizing a bad decision, she calls it. If the standard slips, she notices before I do. When I want to stay comfortable, she reminds me what we said we were building.

That’s not just a business partnership. That’s what it looks like when the people closest to you actually believe in the vision.

Grateful for that today. #chiro #familybusiness #buildingsomething

Most families think downsizing is about possessions.

It’s not.

That chair isn’t just a chair.

That dining room table isn’t just furniture.

That photo album isn’t just paper.

They’re memories. Milestones. Moments.

They’re birthdays, holidays, family dinners, and stories that helped shape a life.

In this episode of NestWell, we explore why downsizing can feel so overwhelming and why the process is rarely about “getting rid of stuff.”

It’s about honoring the past while making room for what’s next.

If you’re helping aging parents navigate a transition—or preparing for one yourself—this conversation may change the way you think about the family home and everything inside it.

The conversation isn’t about leaving home. It’s about finding peace of mind.

Another IG announcement and a big GWC welcome to the newest member of our doctor team… Dr. Cameron Nyman! 👏

Dr. Cameron and his family just made the big move from Colorado to North Carolina, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him joining us at Gard Wellness Center.

He officially started meeting patients on Monday, working alongside Dr. Lance in treatment, and we already know our patients are going to love him. He brings incredible energy, years of experience, amazing hands, and a genuine passion for helping people feel and function their best.

As we continue to grow, our mission stays the same: bringing exceptional care and the right people together to serve our community.

We are so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait for you to meet Dr. Cameron IRL. Welcome to the GWC Team! 💚

There are only two ways to live your life.

One is though nothing is a miracle.

The other is though everything is a miracle.
