POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last weekend I had the honor of speaking at the Institute for Tissue Regeneration and Repair, hosted by CuraMedix.

Stepping on stage as a Key Opinion Leader in this space is humbling. But the real win? Spending the weekend with my team, and surrounded by some of the sharpest minds in regenerative therapy.

That’s the part I love. You teach. You learn. You share. You grow.

And one of the most meaningful pieces for me was sitting with other practitioners who are exactly where I was not too long ago. Curious. Skeptical. Wondering if it’s really worth the investment, the learning curve, the leap. Getting to show them what’s actually possible, both clinically and as a business, is something I don’t take for granted. Because someone once did that for me.

Radial Pressure Wave, Focused Shockwave and EMTT aren’t just impressive technologies. When they’re integrated into the rehab process, alongside hands-on care and movement, they help our clients heal at a deeper level. Faster. With less friction. And with fewer dead ends.

That’s the standard we’re building at HealthFit Physical Therapy and Chiropractic. Hands. Exercise. Regen. Working together. Not a last resort.

Grateful for the opportunity. Inspired by the room. Ready to keep raising the bar for our patients and our profession.

Great weekend in PHX for The Institute for Tissue Regeneration and Repair conference! I was blessed to present twice and helped lead breakout sessions and answered MANY great questions from those in attendance. A wonderful weekend pushing energy based medicine into the future! So great to once again share a stage with the great Professor Dr. Carlos Leal, MD; incoming ISMST President all the way from Bogota, Columbia. So thankful for this community to network with each other and help make meaningful differences in our patients lives.

The Haus took over Turks & Caicos

42 players (including pros) spent four unforgettable days playing, training, and soaking up the sun. Mornings were all about drills and development, afternoons brought fun and competitive matches, and evenings turned into epic memories—parties, karaoke nights, live shows, and more.

But… what happens in Turks… stays in Turks.

Stay tuned for the next Haus adventure.

THIS SMILE. It is hard to put into words just how proud we are of client of The U @cali-nathanson and her incredible, inspirational performance in the NYC Marathon. While processing a sudden, heartbreaking family tragedy, Cali managed to raise $32,000 for Cancer Support Community, all while training on the pavement and in The U’s Virtual Gym to hit a staggering PR of 3:46:40. But — all numbers aside — what we’re most proud of is the shift in this young woman’s mindset from perfection to presence. Pure proof that mind leads, body follows. YOU ROCK, Cali!

Fitness and exercise shouldn’t be decided as a New Years resolution, where it’s mostly made to be broken. Truthfully no one really starts January 1st, (or 2nd) on anything in regards on exercising or nutrition. Committing to healthy lifestyle is about making a choice, and making a choice to set goals for yourself on a physical, mental and yes, spiritual aspect which involves breaking brain patterns and beginning new ones. This takes anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks where dedication and determination and willingness are needed. Jan 1 resolutions set you up to be in a “cold turkey” remedy which makes it extremely hard especially on eating clean, weight loss, 30/45/60 min workout programs , etc.

Make the choice for a better you no matter what your fitness and nutritional goals may be. I would like to help get you started with a FREE complimentary session. DM or IM me for more details and let’s get started on that transcendence to a healthier you.
