I’ve spent my career helping experts get seen, heard, and hired. And one thing I’ve learned is this…

Getting on stage is just the beginning.

The real magic happens when you know how to turn one speech into more stages, more media, more clients, and a bigger impact.

That’s why I’m so excited to celebrate Professional Speakers Day with you!

I’ve invited 10 incredible speakers from the Speak Sell Shine® family to share the Top 5 lessons they’ve learned on their speaking journey. These are professionals who have spoken on stages like the Howard Theatre and the National Press Club, and they’re pulling back the curtain on what has actually worked for them.

This isn’t about theory.

It’s about real strategies, real lessons, and real breakthroughs from people who are building successful speaking careers.

Whether you’re dreaming about your first keynote or you’re already speaking and want to book more events, raise your fees, leverage your talks for media, or grow your business, you’ll leave with ideas you can put to work immediately.

Still taking in everything from the 2026 Vanguard Awards.

What stood out most wasn't the decorations, the program, or even the awards themselves. It was the energy in the room. The photos could only tell part of the story.
The talent, leadership, resilience, and excellence represented in that room were a reflection of what's happening in our communities every day.
We're proud of what was celebrated. We're even more excited about what's next.
The work continues. The mission grows. The impact expands.

If you'd like to help shape what's coming next, reach out.
We'd love to build with you. #BECC #VANGUARDAWARDS

The National Press Club will never be the same.

Day ONE of Speak Sell Shine Cohort 3 was nothing short of transformational. Our brilliant group of speakers, authors, and thought leaders spent the entire day unlocking the keys to sales, media, and marketing success — getting the real strategies to stand out, own their expertise, and be seen by the RIGHT audiences.

We rolled up our sleeves with:
✅ On-camera media interviews
✅ PR positioning & story development
✅ Sales + marketing deep dive on how to truly get out there and get known

And tonight, we wrapped it all up with a private VIP dinner for our national media guests — an unforgettable evening of powerful conversations, insider perspectives, and genuine connections that fuel visibility.

I’m beyond grateful for the media pros who traveled in to pour into this community and for the courage of every speaker here who is stepping into their next level of influence. 🙌✨

Tomorrow, we take the stage at The Howard Theatre for the Top Speakers Awards… and I can promise you this: the world is about to see some stars SHINE. 🌟
