POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After 18 years of listening to thousands of patients, I’ve realized something. We have never been more connected digitally, yet so many people feel unseen.
For years, I’ve been dreaming about creating something that brings a little more connection back into people’s lives. I can’t fix loneliness, but I can create moments of connection. I’m finally making it happen

If this resonates with you follow along and find out more.

#✨ My favorite afternoon pick-me-up:
Decaf coffee + oat milk + Organika Enhanced Collagen Protein.

A little boost of protein, collagen support for healthy skin, and all the cozy coffee vibes without the caffeine crash. Sweeten with a touch of honey for the perfect guilt-free treat. ☕🤍

I used:
@illy_coffee decaf espresso
@organikahealth protein isolate with collagen
@earthsown original oat milk
Add ice and a touch of honey with a dash of cinnamon.

Another lap around the sun 🎂✨

This year stretched me, surprised me, and showed me what I’m capable of when I stay consistent and trust the process.

Wins I once only talked about became real. Hard days turned into lessons. And somewhere in the middle, I found more confidence, clarity, and gratitude than ever before. Jesus carried me through the highs, the challenges, and everything in between.

Celebrating the growth, the people who made it better, and the version of me that didn’t quit when it would’ve been easier to coast.

Cheers to more laughter, bigger goals, and even higher highs in the year ahead 🥂🎉

✨ My favourite anti-inflammatory wellness shot ✨
Energy boosting • Gut loving • Immune supporting

Here’s what I use:
🥄 1 pineapple
🥄 2 mandarins
🥄 1 lemon
🥄 3-4 inch Organic ginger
🥄 3–4 fresh turmeric roots
🥄 1/4 cup honey
🥄 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
🥄 Pinch of paprika
🥄 Pinch of black pepper (activates the turmeric!)

Blend everything until smooth, then strain for a silky shot (or keep the fibre if you want it thick). Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Take one shot each morning for:
✨ reduced inflammation
✨ calmer digestion + less bloating
✨ natural energy
✨ immune support
✨ brighter skin from all the vitamin C

Healing from the inside out, one tiny shot at a time. 💛🍍🫶

How to practice grounding
Earthing:
•Walk barefoot on natural surfaces like grass, sand, or dirt.

Benefits of Grounding/Earthing
(Physical Contact with the Earth)
• Reduces inflammation & pain: May lower chronic inflammation, ease pain, and support faster recovery.
• Supports heart health: Can reduce blood viscosity and improve heart-rate variability.
• Balances cortisol: Helps regulate stress hormones and support a healthy circadian rhythm.
• Boosts immune function: May enhance immune response and help manage inflammatory conditions.
• Improves sleep quality: Can promote deeper, more restorative sleep

• Keeps you present: Pulls you out of anxious thoughts and back into your surroundings.
• Boosts self-awareness: Helps you regain control of your focus and choices.
• Calms your emotions: Helps you feel more steady, centered, and grounded

Have you formed this habit yet?

This time of year, your body doesn’t need more caffeine or hustle — it needs calm.
A warm bath in the dark lowers cortisol, soothes your nervous system, and reminds your body it’s safe again.
No lights. No noise. Just warmth, stillness, and your breath.
If baths are not your thing, do the same thing with showers. Turn off the light turn on a candle and shower in stillness and bliss.
That’s real nervous system healing.

🍂You don’t need to rush to reset — sometimes healing starts with a slow morning and a warm cup ☕

My favourite tea that’s usually on brew most fall days:

Easy recipe:
Wash and cut up few ginger roots
Add juice of one lime
Honey to taste
Hot water and let it steep

If you’re struggling with sore throat or a cold, add a few stems of Rosemary leaf to the tea. Enjoy! ☺️
