Summer it's been a blessing!!! I know some of you are still shouting summers not done yet, however gimme my cool air, turmeric lattes, and comfy clothes. All I've done this summer is sweat and I ain't no dress sizes smaller for it!🤎✨️

My beautiful and crazy family!! 🥰🤎✨️

I change my favourite colour like the weather changes, orange is the fave of the current times.🍊

Big up to lil cuzzy sis for becoming a whole wife and ting!! @sianybeexx 🤎

One of the many adventures with my lil big sonshine, picking fresh strawberries is a whole vibe! 🍓🍓🍓

It was an arms out summer, still learning to love these fluffy, strong arms that are full of love. 💪🤎

Appreciating animals from afar. 🐄

One of the most peaceful places I have ever visited, a place my dad used to love visiting, I felt him when I was there but I know that he is with me no matter where I go. 🕊🤎✨️

So blessed to have such a beautiful family, a husband who loves me through the rough and the smooth and son who keep me on my toes and keeps up laughing daily. 🥰🤎✨️

Back to work soon for the biggest show of the year in UK Muay Thai. I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to showcase my skills on such a big stage. Expect an exciting fight on the night from both me and my opponent, and as always, I’ll leave it all in the ring. See you all soon. 💪🏾🏆.

I may goof around, Not remember the combos, still confuse my Jab and Cross and still need reminding to twist into my kick.

But I know one thing… This is literally my therapy 🥹

Never having 3 weeks off again 🤣

Soz @dre_groce , your going to have to put up with me and my mental malfunctions for life 🥰

Some great exchanges in round 1 captured by @hrb_media_ on @combatfightseries on the weekend. My opponent started strong landing well timed jabs and right knees to the body. I stayed composed on the back foot using my feints to create openings to land my left body kick. Plenty things to tidy up moving forward but looking forward to what’s next🙏🏾❤️‍🔥.

First of all I’d like to thank @combatfightseries for having me on such a great show. Big respect to my opponent and his gym who helped to create a fantastic fight and made it difficult for me in the early rounds coming out strong. After a slow start my corner gave me some much needed encouragement and I came on strong in the 3rd round and ended the fight in round 4 via TKO.

Big thank you to my coaches @dre_groce and @deejay_341 who both continue to help, push and level me up in many ways I am incredibly grateful to have you both apart of my journey🙏🏾.

As always thank you to my friends and family who came to show their support and all those who sent me messages beforehand not just this fight but every fight❤️‍🔥.

Most importantly I would like to dedicate this fight and win to our gym owner, coach and dear friend Kirkwood Walker who passed away earlier this month. Your work ethic, dedication, selflessness and achievements inspired our community changing and impacting so many life’s forever. Although you may no longer be with us your legacy as an amazing father, grandfather, life partner, 5 X world champion, successful businessman and community leader will never be forgotten. The Firewalker family will continue to fly the flag and keep the fire burning🔥. Rest in eternal paradise Kirk❤️‍🔥🕊️🙏🏾
