HR-Breath is an electric piece exploring breath, brainwaves, and healing frequencies, designed to ease anxiety and bring peace of mind.

Visuals: Estefania Kröl @estefikrol
Sound: Daniel James @dreamlabmusic

The images are a visual take on neurons firing and how the brain responds to the breathing technique featured in the work.

The frequency of 528 Hz runs sonically throughout the song, which helps reduce stress and anxiety by promoting relaxation, balance, and emotional healing.

Past activations: Projected on the Clock Tower in Denver, CO. Now live on billboard screens across Denver city. More to come!

P.S. Share this with a friend dealing with stress and anxiety (aka, all of us). This piece guides you through a controlled breathing technique using movement, colors, and frequencies!
