If you don’t feel like yourself when you look in the mirror anymore… this is for you. 👇

When Joe joined the Dream Team, we called him Mr ❌.

He didn’t even want to show his face.

Not because he wasn’t willing to put the work in…

But because he wasn’t happy with the man staring back at him.

And maybe that’s something you can relate to.

You know you’re capable of more, but between work, family and everything else life throws at you, your own standards have slipped.

You tell yourself you’ll sort it tomorrow.

But tomorrow keeps getting pushed back.

Joe decided it was time to change that.

He put his trust in me, committed to the process, and we worked together through the wins, the setbacks and everything in between. 🤝

The result?

250lbs → 178–180lbs.

Leaner. Stronger. More confident.

But the biggest transformation wasn’t just physical.

It was the way he felt about himself, his mindset and the man he saw in the mirror.

Recently, he told me:

“It’s hard to put into words how much of a positive impact you’ve had on my life.”

That means more to me than any before-and-after photo ever could.

Because this is what coaching is really about.

It’s not about handing someone a diet and a training plan and hoping for the best.

It’s about having a plan that fits your life, someone in your corner when things get difficult, and the accountability to keep moving forward when motivation fades.

You don’t need a perfect life to get results. You need a plan that works around your life, and the commitment to see it through.

If you’re a busy guy who knows he’s let his standards slip, and you’re ready to feel confident in your own skin again…

Let’s stop putting it off.

DM me “CHANGE” and let’s get to work. 👊

Waste time making excuses or elevate your time by taking action.

Wednesday is a great day to ask yourself “Where am I at this week?”

What do you need to keep doing?
What do you need to start doing?
What do you need to stop doing?

Let’s get after it 👊

10.5 months of hard work. A whole lot of ups and downs. And SO much to be proud of 🥹🤍

Left - Start of the year, before I found my rhythm again
Middle - April, before my Dream Team photoshoot in the UK.
Right - Now, just 3 weeks out from my next photoshoot, celebrating a year of being Reya’s mama💖

Looking at these photos, I want to take a moment to appreciate how far I’ve come.

Not just physically, but mentally, too.

Because this journey hasn’t been linear.
There have been weeks where I’ve felt unstoppable and others where just getting through the day has felt like an achievement.

And honestly? This week could have easily turned into a big “hit the f*ck it button” moment

Sleep has been the WORST it’s been since having Reya 😩
Reya and I have been sick again 🤧
Running two businesses means life is VERY busy right now.
And the dream villa? Let’s just say my stress levels are at an all-time high 🫠🏡

There are plenty of reasons I could have used to throw in the towel this week.

But instead, I’m choosing to look at how far I’ve come, give myself some grace and keep going.

Because progress isn’t about having perfect weeks.
It’s about what you do when life gets messy.

I’m not chasing the old me. I’m building a stronger, happier, more confident version of myself
one that makes space for motherhood, business, big dreams AND taking care of herself.

So here’s your reminder (and mine): don’t let one hard week make you forget how far you’ve come 🤍

Three weeks to go🔥📸

All the BS and social media mumbo jumbo aside, this is exactly what Dave would do to achieve these results if he woke up tomorrow back in his before condition

1/ get accountable - partner with a coach who can keep him accountable to a higher standard than he holds himself. It’s easy to give up when you aren’t accountable to anyone

2/ Trust his coach and the process. Be coachable and honest with how he is feeling and understand he is on a journey his future self will thank him for.

3/ Want it more than he doesn’t. You have to want to make the change more than you don’t. Motivation is going to dip at times and that’s when you need to stick to the plan, not just when you feel like it.

4/ Understand that it’s going to take some time however focus on the mini milestone wins along the way, keeping in his lane and not comparing his chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 10

In my opinion and from coaching for nearly 2 decades, Those are the foundations for life changing results.

If you are struggling to achieve the results you want solo then I would highly recommend following the process above. 👊

I just wanna say, I really couldn’t have got to where I am today without the dream team I come across Chris’s Page last year and decided to message him I was stuck in the gym for years not seeing any more change and now it’s hard to believe how much I have changed in such a short time and this thanks to Chris and his dream team they really do elevate not Just in the gym but how you feel about the gym food and overall mood if anyone is on the fence and not sure if to take the plunge take it from me do 💪💪💪
