Today’s run was special, not because of any PRs…but truly because of the growth in positivity that I’ve seen my immediate neighborhood experience!

Remember spreading kindness, sharing a smile, telling someone a nice comment, even a nice head nod…it takes minimal effort and can have such a huge impact on someone else’s day! This life isn’t about serving ourselves but truly about how we can serve the person next to us!

Side note: this was my first session back of training in 4 days since I’ve had the flu/fevers. I needed the burst of positivity from those people on this 10k run today more than you guys know!

Incorporating a consistent ab routine is one of the two key ways to build a strong core and also a solid core physique!

Abs are made in the kitchen but it’s also important to strengthen your core because many movements require a solid core foundation!

Being consistent and ensuring you are hitting all areas of your core (upper/mid/lower/obliques) is important to both core strength and building that good looking physique! Try this routine below 3x-4x a week and watch the progress!
