Flashback to some amazing junior male athletes at the Olympic Training Center for a camp. Complete with a couple of Olympians! (Chances are I’ve forgotten to tag a few, it’s been years! This was 2017).

Happy birthday to @chefjeff99 and his beautiful twin sister Gina. No one I’d rather do it all with.

2026 USAT Long Course National Champs

39th Overall, 2nd in my age group🥈

Prep and race morning was solid. Goal was to stick to @pcgmultisport coach @drew.shellenberger plan and stay consistent without burning many matches until the back end of the run. When I came out of the water in 14th I was honestly shocked how well I swam. Rolled with the big boys on the bike until about mile 15 when they went off and I decided to stay in my race planned power. All good until mile 45 of the bike my right leg seized. Mile 50 was when my right leg seized. I knew I was in for a looooong run. I gutted it out and cramped every step but refused to give up. I deserved that podium and I got my Age Group World's qualification spot. Goal 1/3 of this year has been accomplished. Canada 2027 inbound

7th place with cramping every step of the way. No more caffeine pills for me! Fitness is right where it needs to be.

Congrats to grandmaster overall champions @blairsaunders & @jocelynsaunders6 as well as @chris_vahey25 & @kylereilly_11 for all having successful races!
Special shoutout to all @elevated_endurance_athletes I wouldn't be able to do this professionally without you!

The @stanthonystriathlon is BACK again!

It’s the 4th largest Olympic-distance triathlon in the U.S. 🇺🇸 with a 43-year legacy. And one of the few races where every dollar goes back into the community ❤️

From pros chasing some big prize money 💰

👀 STORYLINES:

* @mdubrick7 going for the THREE-PEAT
* Defending champ @grace.alexander92 is back and also a returning winner @lisabecharas

Stephen Mayo! Congrats on an epic 2026 Collegiate Club Nationals in Gulfport. Walking away with a new 10km PB by OVER 3 minutes!! 💨 after just 6 months with Coach Drew.

“… it was the best performance I could’ve given. The prep with Drew was perfect...”

After tackling the tough conditions & choppy ocean elements — closed it out strong 💪🏼 Check out @stephenmayotri for pre race x race day vlogs 🎥

Season opener in Dallas.

Curve ball to start the year off, shortened swim and major winds.

16th for my second 70.3.

Onto Oceanside in less than 2 weeks.

Big thanks to @team_varlo for the on course cheers, and the Bullards for the awesome home stay.

Blood, sweat, and (happy) tears. 28th at Clermont Day 2.

Highest finish to date and couldn’t be happier. Overall a successful weekend and a great start to the season!

The swim was insane with the chop, but I had a great start and made it out of the water top 30🙌

Had a solid bike pack to work with and held position.

Coming into transition I absolutely bit it🤦‍♀️Thankfully the adrenaline kicked in on the run and I was able to run my way from 35th to 28th.

So proud of @rypitri08 for taking the win!

9th at @ironman70.3pucon and first race of the year! Bitter sweet feeling this one! Early days after a good off season was a gamble whether to race or not, but couldn’t miss out on such a fun day out! Couple of my boys came to watch! Family and only a 2 hour drive from home was a must! 2 weeks of nothing but aerobic training really surprised me. Altho pools were closed here so lake was all I had! I knew I’m not fit atm but that took off some pressure. Had an avg swim as expected and got to work on the bike with @luciano_taccone until we caught @martinbaezatri 3rd 4th and 5th together until km 75 I had a mechanical were I lost 6mins and my chances of fighting for a podium or even a top 5 were gone. In the end I loved this race! And will be back for more! Happy to be living the dream, and now time to go back to Australia to meet my coach @danatkinstraining and the boys! And get to work ❤️
