So much has happened in 2025. It’s been a year of mental growth and learning. Some of my 2025 highlights are…

1. Exploring our new home state— It’s fun moving to a new state and being able to act like a tourist!
2. Started my online coaching company! Finally stopped worrying about the “what ifs” and went for it! SO thankful for the girls that put the trust in me and allow me to coach them.
3. FAMILY TIME! After moms diagnosis, family time has meant more to us than ever before. I am so blessed to have so many amazing family members and cherish every moment with them!
4. Completely unexpectedly secured a pro card— & had sooo much support throughout the entire season!!!! Forever thankful for my support system
5. Lost myself, then truly healed. Hit an all time mental low. This forced me to do so much inner work and through all of that work, I did SO MUCH HEALING.

Can’t wait to tackle 2026

Thank you Lander Lacrosse for the best 5 years of my life. Thank you for the memories and life long friendships you have given to me. The game of lacrosse has taught me so much and has shaped me into the person I am today. It’s hard letting go but I am looking forward to the next chapter. Forever grateful!

after their run through the tunnel composed of friends and falling embers of their exit and before the last sparkler fizzled out completely, vanessa came up to me and said:

“make these pictures whatever you want. as a fellow artist, i trust you completely.”

and because of this final statement, i believe i was empowered to create my favorite album to date :)
