JUMP! Everyday at ETS Springville we jump. Each day looks different, but it’s a big deal to us that each athlete gets a testing jump- and some sort of jump/plyo exposure during their training. Bunch of our crew working! 🚀💨🐇 #ETSFAM #JUMP #UNCOMMON #ATHLETE

#WhyWednesday ••• Why ETS Springville? In a world where there’s no shortage of gyms and places to train. Why trust ETS Springville for your athletes development? It doesn’t start with equipment, weights, sprint technology, force plates, or any of that stuff. It starts with the people. The athletes, parents, coaches who make the operation run as smooth and uniquely as possible. This place wouldn’t be possible without all of you. What you can expect to see in an ETS session: 1.) High Intensity and well thought out training ✅ Mixture of proven methods in speed and strength training & a fun competitive environment 2.) Individualized Training ✅ Every ETS athlete has a folder with programmed training based on their training age, current development, goals, and sport 🗣️ THERE is not a one size fits all model for training. Sure there’s always going to be crossover between sport and even biological age. We take each athletes needs into consideration when programming. 3.) Continuous Support during training ✅ We’re constantly coaching, cueing, spotting. If we’re not doing that, you bet our staff is checking in on you and getting to know the PERSON as well as the athlete. ALSO - It’s not just about the four walls. It’s a priority for us to see athletes in the community and in their competitive sport. It’s our mission to relentlessly support our athletes and families! When searching for a place to train, come see what ETS about. Those who have don’t regret it —————————— #ETSFAM #COMMIT #OVERCOME #CONQUER

#WhyWednesday Why do soccer athletes train at ETS? We’ve been fortunate to partner with @shooterssoccerclub and help their athletes/teams develop physically They committed to train 2 days a week this summer. Amazing results in a short time. There’s a reason soccer athletes train here from many clubs. We help soccer athletes gain: ✅Lower body strength, power, stability ✅ Joint care and injury mitigation ✅ Extensive and intensive plyos for ankle and foot health/stiffness ✅ Torso strength and control ✅ Speed in all phases & planes of motion ✅ Better coordination ✅ Improved conditioning This is a small glimpse into all the soccer athletes we work with. We’re fortunate to have a great relationship with Shooters, and train more soccer athletes outside of that! If you’re a soccer athlete come train with us. There’s a good chance we work with other male/female athletes in the same club you’re in!!! #ETSFAM #UNCOMMON #SOCCER #ATHLETE

IMPACT. At 23 years old I decided to move my life across the country to bring ETS Performance to Utah. 1300 miles between what I knew and what is the new normal. Now at 25 the goal hasn’t changed. The ability to IMPACT. Make a change, and influence is many athletes and families as possible. When I first started this career, I thought it all had to do with programming, X’s & O’s of sports performance. That stuff is important of course. But it’s not the most important quality. In reality it’s this opportunity to IMPACT. IMPACT inside the facility and outside of it. I have been able to attend so many athlete events the past week. Seeing the work these athletes put in come to fruition is amazing. 9/25 - Got to see Nick & ALA football win in a stunning finish. Great small town Utah Football 9/26 - Spent Saturday watching Braylon for @paysonyouthfootball , Quade for @spanishforkyouthfootball , Trey and Brogen for @salemyouthfootball Amazing weekend supporting these dudes 9/22 - Bentley and Springville 8th grade putting a shutout against Payson💪🏻 9/18 - Noah and Landon crushing it in their respective tennis matches 💨 The 4 walls are great, but seeing these athletes thrive as a result of the work they put in will always be incredible. Love what we’re doing for @ets.performance.hq & athletes nationwide #ETSINTHECOMMUNITY #ETSFAM #UNCOMMON #ATHLETE UTAH

JOINING FORCES 💪🏻🔥🚀 We are proud to announce that Dr. Cade Mortensen and Flow Roll Physical Therapy will be joining forces with ETS Springville. What ETS families and athletes can expect with Flow Roll PT: • 1-on-1 personalized PT — every session is directly with me and built around the individual athlete, their injury, and their sport. • Rehab that looks like training — progressively rebuilding strength, power, mobility, capacity, and confidence around the actual demands of their sport. • Sport-specific care and communication with coaches when appropriate, so rehab and training are working toward the same goal. Message from Cade: • I’ve built my career around working with athletes, so the goal isn’t just getting someone back to pain-free everyday life. I want to get them back to training, competing, and performing at a high level. • Injured doesn’t have to mean inactive. When appropriate, I want athletes continuing to train around an injury while we progressively rebuild what needs to be fixed. This isn’t just about getting athletes healthy; it’s about getting them back to their physical best. In addition, any athlete who is referred to ETS from Flow Roll PT, will receive 10% off all memberships at ETS🚀 ————————- Cade believes strongly in what ETS is bringing to South Utah County. We are pumped for this collaboration and know how great of an impact & resource this is for our athletes and families. We will have more information in the coming weeks for how this collaboration will impact TONS of athletes in Utah County. #ETSFAM #UNCOMMON #PT #UTAHCOUNTY #SPORTSPERFORMANCE

MASTERMIND😤 Stole this warmup from @emergeperformance for our @shooterssoccerclub girls. Simple and effective warmup: 1 coach sets up the cones in a random order The first athlete guesses the order- from then on, each athlete is only able to move one cone until the correct order is guessed. Simple and fun
