4 countries in 3 months with some of the best humans on the planet…

Highlights:
• Getting to see @_gabriellabb for the first time since 2020 because I decided to do a random layover in Torino and the stars aligned 💫

•Traveling to Mama Africa for the first time!! She has been on my list since I was a little girl. MY HEART IS SO FULL AND I WILL BE BACK ❤️

• Returning to Peru & the sacred valley with @ashlynbugbee for the 3rd time, but this time we got to celebrate her beautiful wedding ❤️

• Returning to Colombia to plan Nick and I’s wedding & see his Abuelos ❤️ & of course I had to show my parents the Tayrona area. WHAT A LIFE

Graduation isn’t the end of study, it’s a deepening of it.

Over the past six months we’ve watched this group show up again and again with a sincere and steadfast devotion to their practice and learning.

Ahh what a journey. Such a wonderful group of souls to share this moment with. I am officially a yoga teacher, might take a bit getting used to saying that... But I'm extremely happy to have grown so much next to such amazing people. Proud to have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training program with @upayaschoolofyoga. The teachers were patient, thorough, and so fully in love with the subject matter, it made learning both intuitive and a joyful experience. And I couldn’t have asked for a better cohort of students.

Shoutout to my Salkantay slayersss 💅🏼💅🏼

We trekked 5 days (45 miles) through Peru on the Salkantay Trail, summited at 15,000 feet, got hit with sideways sleet, and didn’t even get to see the peak 😂😂

All worth it to end at Machu Picchu on the final day 🙌

Such a humbling experience and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else. Love these girls so much!!
