We’re hiring a Brand & Motion Designer to join the Make Cool Sh*t team in Cedar Grove, NJ. Full time. In studio. Five days a week. This is not a remote role. Not hybrid. If you are not local to North Jersey and ready to be in our Cedar Grove studio five days a week, this role is not for you. The role: you own day to day graphic design and motion graphics production across our client roster. Brand systems, social, print, video, motion. You’ll work directly with the Creative Director, @drewobrien on strategy and execution. Fast pace, high output, real brands, real work from day one. What you need: four plus years of professional graphic design experience with a motion graphics component. Strong fluency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Fluency in After Effects and Premiere is required, not a plus. Portfolio with both static brand work and motion samples. No exceptions on the portfolio. Big plus: sports knowledge. Whether you play, follow, or design for it, that fluency will separate you from the pack. Compensation is competitive, based on experience. Open to salaried full time or full time freelance.
