No experience needed, just passion and a willingness to show up.

Our #FirstJobDiary series, where we spotlight FSF Scholars in their new professional roles, continues with 2025 FSF Scholar @RajviDharamshi! Rajvi is a recent Drexel University grad who now works as a Merchandising Specialist at Staples' corporate office near Boston.

"My new role works with the Dated category, supporting Staples' omnichannel merchandising strategy, and allows me to apply what I studied at Drexel to real-world merchandising! I analyze weekly performance, support assortment decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally with vendors and internal teams. I’ve also gained exposure to the systems and processes that drive omnichannel retail. I’m grateful for the supportive team and culture, and I look forward to continuing to grow and make an impact!" –Rajvi Dharamshi
