Still feeling so grateful for this special night ❤️

Being honored with the Excellence in Prevention Award at the @curemelanoma 2026 gala was incredibly meaningful to me. Skin cancer prevention is something I care so deeply about, and to have that work recognized by an organization doing such important work in the community means more than I can put into words!

A huge thank you to the extraordinary @robinrobertsgma for emceeing the evening. You have been such a genuine and passionate advocate for skin cancer, and I’m so grateful you continue to use your voice to help spread this message.

Also, getting to spend the evening with @jc.dombrowski, @jillian.gottlieb, and even NY Giants legend @amanitoomer_81 was such a treat! And yes, even in heels, I *think* I might still be a BIT shorter than Amani… but it’s close. 😉

And of course, my favorite people: my husband, my daughter @maclaneontheglow, and so many dear friends and colleagues who have supported me throughout this journey. Getting to share this work with Maclane and watch her find her own voice in prevention and advocacy has been especially meaningful to me.

Such an honor to attend the @curemelanoma 25th Annual NYC Gala Thursday night, celebrating 30 years of incredible work in melanoma research, education, and advocacy.

As someone who talks about skincare and sun protection constantly, this is a cause that means so much to me. I wear my Mohs surgery scars proudly, and I know firsthand just how important prevention and early detection are. Raising awareness and supporting the research that saves lives is incredibly important.

Dr. Pimple Poppers from the USA gathered for Fall Clinical Dermatology Conference in Las Vegas and it was so much fun! So much learning and innovation for our hair loss/ alopecia patients. I can't wait to incorporate new strategies for hair loss and inflammatory disorders into my practice.

Had a fun hang with my fellow SIU alum @drpimplepopper and my residency friends... and table side macaron service is 10/10.
