So happy to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of MyStryde! For the last decade this has been so much more than a running studio, it's forged friendships, strengthened muscle and instilled confidence. From a little studio space in the North End, to virtual classes during the pandemic to now three locations, I've been so impressed with what these strong women have created! Cheers to @skuds188 @lakruck and @rachel__lavoie and the next ten years of @mystryde 🎉 I'm grateful for this space.

And with that my 2023 Marathon Runner Barbie era is complete. There were a lot of tears, a watch mishap, and so many amazing hugs. Not my best, but not worst. Personal course record! And that is Kenough. 💔 #11 in the books.
Ran hard, risked heartbreak, no love lost today.
Chicago, my favorite foe, I will conquer you yet...

Well, that was... fun? 💪🏽🥶 The BAA Half was my first 13.1 in 2013 (and I haven't done it since 😆 damn hills). 2023 is my 10 yr distance running anniversary year. The beginning of it all. A patient convinced me running a half would be fun ... (it would be fun they said). Scary life stuff happened, and I said okay I'll try this, I've got no excuse.

Super tough race today, but the spectators were amazing, and it's kind of incredible to see how far I've come in the last decade - thank you for cheering in the cold @tinachirgwin @tuanh89 @cory1976g ! 👊🏽🫶🏼

And when that Hopex jam hit in the last 1K, I lit it up! 🎶🏃🏼‍♀️
