ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED 🔓
PLAY 🎷 ON A THAMES RIVER BOAT 🚤 🌊
.
Earlier in September, I was lucky enough to have the brilliant @miss_leeloo_saxophonist reach out to me to ask if I could cover an amazing event for her; the @guildprime 40th Anniversary Party on the brilliant @driftwoods_thames @woods_silver_fleet river boat, where we were performing a variety of tunes to bring the perfect vibe to their event!
.
Performing on a Thames River Boat has been a massive goal of mine ever since one of my teachers, Andy Hamilton, had told me all about how much he enjoyed performing on them for several years! Drifting past the London Eye, Tower Bridge and other London attractions was a real pinch me moment and one that I’ll forever treasure! Thank you so much to Domonic and the Guildprime team for giving me this opportunity 🙏 and a huge thanks to Faye @aztec_studios_ltd for capturing my good side!

Want to add a live saxophonist to your corporate event (doesn’t have to be a river boat but I do love them)? Head to domplayssax.com/occasions/corporate-events to check out my packages and book me in! Or if you want to chat through with me first, email me at info@domplayssax.com

We've shared lots of photos from our 40th anniversary celebration, but before we wrap things up, there are a few important thank yous to make.

Firstly, to the team at @woods_silver_fleet and the beautiful @driftwoods_thames , which provided the perfect setting for an evening celebrating 40 years of Guildprime against the backdrop of the Thames and London skyline. A special thank you to our event planner Erika, who helped us bring everything together in the run-up to the evening, and our event manager Brian, who made sure everything ran seamlessly on the night.

Then there was our entertainment dream team: a huge thank you to @joss.coyle.music , whose live vocals set the tone for the evening; @domplayssax , who brought the Sax and plenty of energy to the dance floor; and @jude_spins_and_sings_weddings , who kept the party going.

Thank you to our street magician @col_streetmagic , who spent the evening working his way around our guests and leaving more than a few of us wondering, “How did he do that?”

And finally, thank you to @tbrfloraldesign for the gorgeous flower arrangements!

An event like this takes a lot of people behind the scenes to make it look effortless, and every one of you played a part in making our 40th celebration a memorable night.

Thank you for helping us celebrate 40 years in style.

Ahead of Laver Cup London, Flexjet aircraft Owners stepped onto the iconic black court for a private tennis clinic unlike any other.

Alongside Grand Slam champion @AnaIvanovic and a top ranked male pro, guests took to the court for an exclusive opportunity to play where some of the world’s best will soon compete.

From the excitement on the court to the tranquility of the Thames, the experience continued aboard @Driftwoods_thames river cruise, where guests enjoyed cocktails, curated bites and an intimate view of London from the water as the city prepared to welcome the @LaverCup.

A rare day of sport, access and London’s unmistakable sense of occasion, thoughtfully curated for Flexjet aircraft Owners.

40 years of Guildprime - one special evening.

Last week, we brought together colleagues, clients, subcontractors and friends to celebrate 40 years of Guildprime. After 40 years of projects, partnerships and memorable moments, it was fantastic to have so many of the people who have been part of our journey together in one place.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on the Thames to celebrate, and to everyone who has worked with Guildprime over the past four decades. Here are just a few moments from a brilliant evening.

40 years and counting.

City of Stars - Violin and Cello Duo
Performed on board @driftwoods_thames with @emmaeverafter.weddings and @rushethedj

Thanks to our client for her lovely review -
Lucy and Francisca were absolutely wonderful and added such a special atmosphere to our wedding day. The music throughout the ceremony was beautiful, and everything was performed perfectly.

They also coordinated seamlessly with our DJ for our first dance, which turned out amazing and was such a special moment for us.

Professional, talented and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them! ❤️

Last Sunday was a lot of fun with some incredible London based suppliers. Always great making new connections.

@rushethedj and I aboard @driftwoods_thames playing around to see who would give the first announcement. 📣

Princess Yachts X90 client launch and guest previews at Woods Quay paired with dinner aboard the Silver Sturgeon @woodsquaylondon

@princessyachts

“Docked at Woods Quay along London’s Victoria Embankment is the latest vessel from the British shipyard Princess Yachts’ X90 series, ahead of her debut at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival and Monaco Yacht Show.

A real “boater’s boat”, this 27.1-metre yacht has been designed to feel like a home away from home for an owner who intends to spend months at sea. She can accommodate up to 12 guests plus crew.

This iteration follows the 2025 launch of the 106 Odyssey, which heralded the shipyard’s return to the superyacht sector after an extended time away.”

An absolute wonderful wedding to capture, Congratulations J&G! The couple got married at the iconic Old Marylebone Town Hall and held their reception on a boat! We ended the evening with the most memorable sunset. What a dreamy day.

Our string quartet on board the stunning @driftwoods_thames performing for a Warner Bros private evening event. Our quartet performed a mix of jazz-style and pop favourites for the celebrations, and thanks to our client for her lovely review and for booking us! -

‘We hired String Musicians for a corporate client event, and they were absolutely fantastic! The musicians arrived early, were professional throughout, and took the time to understand our brief perfectly. Their performance was beautiful, creating exactly the atmosphere we wanted, and we were all so impressed by their talent.

They were also incredibly friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. Thank you so much for making our event one to remember - we look forward to having you play at one of our future events!‘
