Hoje tivemos a visita do Lord, um verdadeiro senhor e com muita gara.
O Lord felizmente tem uma tutora espetacular que deu para ver que foram feitos um para o outro.
O lord tem muita sensibilidade a água e ao secador, foi tudo feito ao seu tempo e com muita ajuda da tutora, e só assim foi possível, saiu lavadinho e cheiroso, e feliz por ter acabado 🤭

At the end of the year I have heard a lot of complaints from athletes towards their current or previous coaches, many of them not even having experience as wellness coaches despite the vast experience of some in the male bodybuilding category, so I come to give some advice to all these athletes!

1: ⛔️You should choose Wellness coaches, not choose male Bodybuilding coaches, as they have different philosophies.

2: ⛔️In my opinion, avoid coaches whose wives are also competitors in your same category, as no coach will want it and no wife will want it or feeling comfortable losing to their own client will create an embarrassing situation!

3: ⛔️Your coach should be responsible for choosing your competitions, not you yourselves!

4: ⛔️The fact that your husband is doing well as an athlete with a male coach does not mean that he will be a good coach for you as a female athlete. In my opinion, you should even have different coaches to avoid problems in your preparations!

5: ⛔️Avoid listening to other people’s opinions regarding what they think of your coach, the choice is yours, just because an athlete was not satisfied with your coach does not mean that you will not be satisfied with him!

6: ⛔️ Stop choosing athletes who are still competing in your own category to be your coaches, choose them to be your posing coaches and mentors.
❗️And lastly, coaching does not mean babysitting. In short, choose a wellness coach, not an openbodybuiding coach, a cardiologist is not a good endroconologist and a good endroconologist is not a good cardiologist, these are specialties and each category has its own! Happy end of the year!
Also stop hire coaches by their Instangram following numbers or because they are YouTubers or Instangram famous ❗️

E assim termina este ano bombástico 🤔 de 2020. Se mudava alguma coisa? Não! Sofri muito, suei muito, mas VIVI MUITO. Somos o que somos por tudo o que vivemos e enfrentamos. É isso que nos torna mais fortes, é isso que nos crescer.

Conheci pessoas que trago no coração hoje e para sempre. Pessoas que não pediram "com licença" para entrar e que assim ficaram ❤

Há muitas mais pessoas que fazem parte da minha vida e de todo este meu percurso. Todas estas pequenas vitórias são para vocês que me ajudam, que me motivam, que me aconselham, que me dão na cabeça, que me amparam. É-me dificil escrever num post todos vocês e sinceramente acho que ninguém teria paciência para ler até ao fim. Identificarei alguns mas todos vocês, de uma forma ou de outra saberão quem são.
