As the weather cools and the days get a little slower, this seasonal fruit NA Sangria is the perfect drink to feel refreshed while leaning into the last moments of summer.

What you’ll need

Kolonne Null Tempranillo
Fresh orange juice
Klaark Ginger Beer
Fresh figs, sliced
Pear, thinly sliced
Orange, thinly sliced
Cinnamon sticks
Ice

Simple method

1. Prepare the fruit: Wash and slice the figs, pear and orange. Add them to a large pitcher with the cinnamon sticks.
2. Add the Tempranillo: Pour in the Kolonne Null Tempranillo and fresh orange juice. Stir gently to combine.
3. Chill: Refrigerate for 2–4 hours so the fruit and cinnamon can infuse the drink.
4. Serve: Fill wine glasses with ice, pour in the sangria and garnish with a slice of fig, pear, orange and a cinnamon stick. Add the ginger beer just before serving and stir gently to preserve the fizz (Klaark Ginger Beer contains 60% less sugar than other brands, meaning it compliments the fruit perfectly without making the drink too sweet.)
