Jouri, a four year old girl, was killed by shrapnel piercing her heart when Israel bombed the tent in the camp where her family had found refuge. She was known as her father’s beloved girl.
This portrait is made with the names of four year old children murdered by Israel. Four year olds.
Every single one with a story of heartbreak.
This is one of a series of anti-genocide portraits I will be exhibiting in London in December. All profits from which will be given to organisations working in Palestine.
If you want to help, please share or repost Jouri’s portrait.
Made with love, not hate.

This is Sereen Al-Attar, a distinguished obstetrician and gynaecologist, murdered by Israel and its allies in a targeted attack on her home as part of its ongoing genocide against the people of the Holy Land. The image is made with the names of medics murdered by Israel and its allies.
His Majesty’s Government should not be supporting the systematic torture, rape and murder of medics in the Holy Land.
The targeting of Medics is a war crime.

Cuban medical workers have served on international cooperation missions in more than 150 countries since the 1960s.

During Covid, a Cuban medical brigade helped Italians in Lombardy, which triggered Calabria’s president Roberto Occhiuto to reach out to Cuba in 2022 to invite hundreds of doctors to his region. Calabria is one of the poorest regions in Italy and its healthcare has suffered greatly from staffing and other issues.

Listen to the Italian people explain what Cuba’s health internationalism means to them.

“Cuba will always be in my heart,” says an elderly Italian man whose life was saved by a Cuban doctor.

Infant mortality has doubled. Only 30% of essential medicines are available.

UN Resident Coordinator Francisco Pichón says Cuba’s healthcare system is under extraordinary pressure due to the U.S. fuel blockade and sanctions, with 67,000 children at risk of missing vaccines.

Australians know this script.

"It didn't happen."

"They brought it on themselves."

Attack the victim. Protect the perpetrator.

Australian survivors came home and spoke about what happened to them.

The United Nations has documented sexual violence.

Evidence has been submitted to the International Criminal Court.

Foreign Minister Penny Wong believes survivors.

Police are investigating.

Yet Israel's ambassador continues to attack the people who came forward.

Victim-blaming causes more harm.

The Ambassador should apologise to survivors and release the footage.

Or go home.

Send a letter to your MP today. (Link in our stories)

Childhood cancer survival rates have fallen from 85% to 65%, nearly 3,000 dialysis patients have faced disruptions in treatment and 300 of the country’s 395 essential medicines are now unavailable, according to a recent report in Cuban state media outlet Cubadebate.

More than 100,000 children have also lost access to the daily milk ration previously provided by the state.

Meanwhile, restrictions on trade and financing are also affecting the import of raw materials needed to manufacture hundreds of medicines domestically, further straining an already fragile healthcare system.

The story of Cuba’s energy crisis is often told through statistics about megawatts and barrels of oil.

But for many Cubans, its effects are measured in missed treatments, empty pharmacy shelves and growing uncertainty about whether lifesaving medicines will be available when they are needed most.

Between laughter and laughter, these children are slowly finding space again for joy, play, and childhood.
The free swimming lessons are more than just an activity; they are a safe space that brings them together, eases some of what they have been through, and gives them a chance to simply be children again.
We need your support to continue these lessons and reach more children. The crowdfunding link is in our bio :)

This is a project we really hope people can get behind. #swimwithgaza will shortly be announcing the date of the international solidarity swim where we all leap into the sea, starting in News Zealand and finishing in west Canada.

In the meantime, #swimwithgaza is working with and supporting this incredible project where pools are being constructed along the Gazan coast with boulders and sand bags forming mini-lagoon-like structures.
So far five pools have been constructed by the incredible Amjed Tantesh and his helpers. 9 more to be built. Amjed's life ambition is to teach as many children in Gaza to swim as possible.

The money is needed to pay the teachers, the support staff, meals for the children and for Amjed's helpers who are setting up and maintaining the pools. Please give generously.
