The future starts with our youth! 🧡📸

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder of what happens when community, opportunity, and the next generation come together!

Nike created an experience filled with excitement, inspiration, and unforgettable moments for the kids! The energy, smiles, and joy throughout the event were truly something special.

To make the day even more memorable, Keith Lee @keith_lee125 and his wife, Ronni Lee @ron.geezy , made a surprise pop-up appearance! 🙌🏽 Seeing the excitement surrounding their visit made the experience even more special for everyone in attendance.

What started as an unexpected opportunity turned into another meaningful moment behind the lens for Fit Code Media. Grateful for the opportunity to capture moments that tell stories beyond the photograph and highlight the power of community! @nikerunning @nike @nikestrength

God never said we couldn’t enjoy beautiful things, build wealth, or experience the fullness of life. The reminder is to enjoy the blessing without making the blessing an idol. Stay humble enough to remember where it came from, generous enough to bless others, and grounded enough to know that none of it determines your worth. 🤎

Have it. Enjoy it. Appreciate it. Just keep God above it. ✝️

📖 1 Timothy 6:17
“Put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.”

Blessed, but humble. Abundant, but grounded. God first, always.

Movement. Wellness. Community. Chicago. 📸✨

Keke Palmer brought Practice by Palmer home to Chicagoland for an unforgettable day of movement at MOVE at the Shed, held at The Salt Shed. @saltshedchicago @keke

From leading a packed mat Pilates session to sharing the heart behind her growing presence in the wellness industry, Keke is helping shift the conversation around fitness, reminding us that wellness isn’t about perfection or fitting a certain image. It’s about mobility, strength, feeling good in your body and creating practices that fit your real life.

The day went beyond the workout. Val Warner hosted an amazing Q&A with Keke, creating space for laughter, conversation and a deeper look into her journey with wellness and what inspired Practice by Palmer. @valwarnertv

And Chicago showed Keke some love of its own. 🏆 Chicago Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Garth Walker presented her with a City of Chicago resolution officially proclaiming September 13, 2026 as “Practice by Palmer Day.” 💚 @chipublichealth

From Pilates to conversation to recognition, this was wellness, culture and community all in one space.
