Someone asked me recently if I’d ever sell the Viper.

At this point, I honestly don’t think I could. Well for $600k I’ll sell it to someone lol….

Regardless lol this car has become so much more than something sitting in the garage. It’s taken me across Europe, around some of the best tracks in the world, ended up in videos I never expected to be a part of, introduced me to some incredible people, and opened doors I never knew existed.

There are faster cars, newer cars, and more expensive cars; but none of them have this story.

We’ve already done a hell of a lot together, and somehow it still feels like we’re just getting started.

Here’s to the next few years, more miles, more tracks, and more stories with the Viper. 🐍

Two weekends ago I was invited to the inaugural Texas Off-Road Porsche Experience hosted by @napoleon_motorsports. I made the scenic two-hour drive from Austin to their 400-acre ranch located in the Texas Triangle. Even as a lifelong Texan, the Napoleon family treated me to some of the most generous Southern hospitality I’ve ever experienced.

The day began with coffee, donuts, and chatting with the 30-ish other Porsche fans from across Texas who had made the trip for a day in the dirt. Throughout the day we alternated between track time and trail time, taking a break in the middle for a home-cooked BBQ lunch.

The ranch is located in the Post Oak Savannah, a lush region of Texas that makes for a perfect off-roading playground. With an assortment of Cayennes, safari 911s, and the @race.hause 944, we tunneled through the trees on trails, did donuts in open fields, and sped, slid, and jumped around the dirt track. All day, everyone was grinning like kids! It’s clear that Napoleon are putting a lot of hard work into building a community that prioritizes connection and having fun more than the cars themselves, and I’m excited for everything they have planned for the future. It was great meeting everyone, and I’m looking forward to spending more time behind the wheel and less time behind my camera next time!
