🎙️ NEW EPISODE! 🌱

What happens when a corporate layoff leads to a life in the garden?

This week I'm joined by Roshan Patel (@drizzleranch), whose passion for community gardening has transformed into a mission to help grow food, educate new gardeners, and strengthen his hometown through Salem's Mack Park Farm.

We talk about:
🌿 Finding purpose after a career change
🥕 Community gardens and food security
📱 Using Instagram to make gardening accessible
💚 Why getting outside changes everything

It's an inspiring reminder that you don't have to be an expert to make a difference—you just have to start.

It was a really good weekend working with the soul fam to do great things for our community. This project at @plummeryouthpromise was no different.
Grateful for the sweat, laughs and good vibes as we restored a space for the kids to build, grow and thrive. 🤍🙌🏻🤍

SAFE has been working hard with volunteers to install heat monitors around Salem. 🌡️☀️The monitors will help us learn what areas are hotter than others by recording the temperature around them every hour. ☀️⏱️☀️

Learn more about the monitors and the project at the link in bio.

Look who I ran into down on the #farm @drizzleranch
We are already cooking up content.
Well it's meant to be, so we are grounding it into reality.
Stay tuned.

What a weekend. Farm day w/ M2 solar flare energy. Feeling like a bunch of smoked out bees. Still very productive.

Then my cousin's graduation party with some family I haven't seen in about a decade. It was so good to see everyone and I'm really proud of the feminine energy in our family and the families they are raising. They are doing it right and doing amazing. We are here to change, heal, expand and evolve our ancestral lines. Moments like this also help strengthen my own inner Polarity.

Night with friends at mack Park was good for the soul. I even had a drink or two (in like a year lol). Felt good to get loose.

Then Sunday morning stretching, breath work, grounding, rested and restored for the week to come.

Sending so much love and gratitude for everyone and my journey to this point. Couldn't be more happy and content. 🤍🙌🙏💛
