Some rooms shift your perspective forever. This will be one of them🧡. We’re excited to welcome Dr. Kedei Ibiang @drkay_ as a Guest Facilitator for the Executive TTC Institute Visibility Masterclass Cohort 3. A woman building at the intersection of public health, leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Kedei represents the kind of global positioning many people desire but few intentionally prepare for. From leading impactful health initiatives across Africa to building a thriving luxury wellness brand, her journey is proof that visibility is not noise, it is alignment, credibility, value, and strategic positioning. In this cohort, she’ll be sharing insights on: • Positioning yourself beyond your immediate environment. • Building relevance that transcends industries and borders. • Leveraging your expertise for influence and opportunities. • Becoming visible in rooms that matter globally. This is more than a masterclass. It is a shift in how you see yourself, your work, and your potential. If you know you carry value the world needs to see, this is your sign to stop hiding and start positioning. Register via the link in bio to secure your spot🧡.

There’s a painful thing nobody talks about enough: You can be extremely talented and still be overlooked. Not because YOU are not good enough. But because the right people cannot clearly see YOU. And no, visibility is not about chasing virality or trying to impress the internet. Real visibility is strategic. It is being positioned in the right rooms. Being seen by the right people. Communicating your value with clarity. Building credibility before you even enter the room. Because opportunities rarely locate hidden people. For a long time, I watched brilliant people stay stuck simply because they did not know how to position themselves intentionally. Great ideas. Great minds. Great potential. But little strategic visibility where it truly mattered. That is one of the reasons we created the Executive TTC Institute Visibility Masterclass Cohort 3 🤎. This is not a “grow your followers or go viral class” class. This is for people who: • Know they carry more. • Are tired of playing small. • Want to build a powerful personal brand online and offline. • Want to become more confident and visible. • Want to attract opportunities strategically. • Want to be respected, trusted and remembered. Over six weeks, @_theessenceoftoyin , @drkay_ and I will help you build a personal brand that is intentional, authentic and impossible to ignore by the people who matter. And honestly, this is deeply personal to me because I know what it feels like to have value and still feel unseen. If you are ready to stop hiding and start positioning yourself intentionally, this is for you. Comment “MASTERCLASS” and I’ll send you more details about the masterclass🤎.

In a world of shrinking donor funding, how do NGOs remain impactful and sustainable? Join us for the AL for Health Network Speaker Series on March 30, 16:00–17:00 SAST for a critical conversation on the future of development in Africa. We’re honoured to host Michael Moyo, Executive Director of the Edward Ndlovu Memorial Trust (ENMT) in Zimbabwe, presenting on: “Leading Through Uncertainty: Building Sustainable NGOs in a Changing Donor Landscape.” About the speaker: Michael Moyo is a development practitioner and PhD candidate at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. His work focuses on advancing literacy, strengthening library services, and promoting community-driven development across Matabeleland South. With a strong background in strategic management and resource mobilization, he has led impactful initiatives that expand access to education and empower vulnerable communities. His doctoral research explores how civil society organisations can engage with indigenous knowledge systems to enhance climate resilience in Gwanda District, guided by the Ubuntu framework. He is deeply passionate about the role of information as a catalyst for development and believes that access to knowledge is key to overcoming poverty and building sustainable communities. This session will explore: • How NGOs can adapt to shifting donor priorities • Sustainable funding and resource mobilisation strategies • The power of indigenous knowledge systems in development • Leadership approaches for navigating uncertainty • Building resilient, community-driven organisations This is more than a discussion — it’s a chance to rethink and reshape Africa’s development ecosystem. The FY26 AL for Health Co-Creation Fund applications are officially closed, and we’re excitedly reviewing all the incredible submissions! As we go through this next phase, we’re taking a moment to celebrate the impact of last year’s inspiring innovators Meet Team KIRA, our 3rd place winners from the previous cohort. Their project tackled menstrual health challenges in displaced communities in Gatumba, Burundi—where many girls, due to extreme circumstances, lacked access to safe menstrual hygiene products. Through their initiative, Team KIRA introduced a sustainable solution by distributing reusable sanitary pads and facilitating menstrual hygiene and reproductive health workshops. The impact speaks for itself: *120 girls reached (exceeding their initial target!) *78% reported improved comfort and reduced irritation *Increased confidence and reduced school absenteeism *Local tailors trained to continue production and scale impact Beyond the numbers, they sparked important conversations, challenged stigma, and empowered young girls to take control of their health and education. This is what the Co-Creation Fund is all about—turning bold ideas into real, lasting impact. Stay tuned as we uncover the next wave of changemakers for FY26! #ALforHealth #CoCreationFund #YouthInnovation #Impact #HealthEquity AfricaRising
