Great conversations. Great people. A shared commitment to serving our communities. Thank you to everyone who attended the David Jolly event. It was an honor to connect with so many dedicated leaders and residents. Looking forward to continuing the conversation and working together for a stronger Florida and stronger local communities.

🥹 We are missing our WHOA-MAZING CAST from our “Like Whoa Performing Arts #SummerCamp Academy. Youth participants not only performed their roles in “The Evolution of Human Nature” stage play and also graduated from the program….
But! Most importantly, these young stars ⭐️ also learned how to self-regulate leading to less anxiety and stressors, ultimately successfully impacting their personal and professional lives.🩵

🏡 HOA or No HOA? Which one is right for you?

One isn’t better than the other—it all comes down to your lifestyle, priorities, and long-term goals. 🙌

🏘️ HOA Community
Perfect if you value convenience, amenities, and a more hands-off lifestyle.

Pros:
✨ Community amenities like pools, gyms, clubhouses, parks, and security gates.
✨ Exterior maintenance is often covered in condos and townhomes, which can include the roof, exterior walls, landscaping, and common areas—saving you from unexpected large expenses.
✨ Neighborhood standards help maintain curb appeal and property values.
✨ Less day-to-day maintenance for busy homeowners.

Cons:
• Monthly HOA fees.
• Rules regarding paint colors, parking, rentals, landscaping, pets, and exterior modifications.
• Special assessments can occasionally occur for major community improvements.

🏡 No HOA
A great option if you prefer maximum freedom and control over your property.

Pros:
✨ No monthly HOA dues.
✨ More flexibility to personalize your home.
✨ Fewer restrictions on parking, landscaping, boats, RVs, fences, or exterior changes (subject to local city codes).
✨ Greater independence over your property.

Cons:
• You’re responsible for your own exterior maintenance, including roof replacement, landscaping, painting, and repairs.
• No shared amenities unless you add them yourself.
• Neighborhood appearance can vary more from home to home.

At the end of the day, neither option is wrong. The right choice is the one that best fits your budget, lifestyle, and future plans.

📩 DM me “Dreams” and I’ll help you determine whether an HOA or a non-HOA community is the best fit for you—and we’ll find the perfect home together!
