Myth: Surgery is always risky and should be avoided at any cost. Many patients delay necessary treatment because of fear or negative opinions from others. But when surgery is clearly indicated, delaying it can sometimes worsen the condition. One negative comment can create fear, even when many patients have good results after surgery. The right decision should always be based on proper medical advice. #kneetalkswithdrmammu #orthopaedics #surgerymyths #kneepain #spinesurgery

Sometimes, all it takes is one random moment to become a lifelong connection. From watching Zidane on a cafe TV in the early 2000s to becoming a die hard Real Madrid fan, this journey is filled with memories, emotions, football nights, and admiration for legends who made an era unforgettable. For some people, football is just a game. For others, it becomes part of life itself. ❤️ #kneetalkswithdrmammu #realmadrid #zidane #footballmemories #fifaworldcup2026
