Dementia prevalence along with other neurological diseases have greatly increaesed over the the last few decades. While the exact reason for this is not know, we do know about an age old therapy that does work to reduce your risk of Dementia and associated cognative decline.

A multi-decade study of thousands of men in Finland showed over a 60% reduction in one’s risk of Dementia and Altzimerz disease with regular sauna use (4-7 times per week).

This study was done at temperatures of 176-210 degrees Fahrenheit. This means that we do not know that the lower temperatures found in IR sauna are ineffective but we do know that the higher temperatures found in traditional Finnish sauna are.

Grab a friend and book a session!

Want sauna 4-7 days a week? Reach out for a custom sauna consultation at your home!

Tangelo WS advanced strength challenge of the week: farmer carry 70-100% of your weight for 1 minute!

Farmer carries are KING for developing strength - the ultimate grocery one-trip-wonder builder. We rely on them for building full body endurance, grip strength and core strength!

To do farmer carries at home, start with dumbbells or kettlebells. Use a weight you can carry around for 60 seconds - stand tall, brace your core and don’t let the weight pull your shoulders down. Increase the weight every 1-2 weeks! Here we are using a hex bar loaded with plates…because why not 😂

💥
Link in bio to find the downloadable PDF w/ more info on the program and to save/print. Let me know if you try it out. All feedback welcome.
