⁣
I started @myokinetix as a 𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 to the current healthcare model especially private equity owned clinics.⁣
⁣
Patients are not treated well while PTs are getting burned out at a rapid due to the high volume model.⁣
⁣
At first it was just me using the one on one model from my personal training background as a proof of concept. ⁣
⁣
4 years later, the model proved to be effective and a better alternative to the current model. ⁣
I am fortunate to have more individuals to join my mission in pursuit of high standards in healthcare that benefit both patients and PTs.⁣
⁣
This is our 𝗿𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻…⁣
⁣
It’s time to take the healthcare system into our 𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 as PTs and together we can bring down the 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿.⁣

This exercise builds off of the first one in this series. Your goal is to be controlled as you push the kettlebell to the ceiling as you are activating your shoulder.

Try this for 10-12 reps!

@drnickdugan is back with our Shoulder Stability Series

The exercises in this series are great for athletes dealing with overhead injuries, especially ones involving too much weakness or too much range of motion, where things are not stable enough.

Our first one is: Supine Kettlebell Arm Bar with ER/IR

Prone Rows
Thrower's 10 Program Series

Squeeze your shoulders by bringing your elbow up to your side. Use a small, comfortable weight to help focus on using the appropriate muscles. Go at a nice, controlled pace.

Don't forget! Prone Rows is a table exercise, so you should use a bed, couch, or another elevated surface for the best results!
