POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today’s post is a little different because this one is for Dr. Nicole. 🤍

Six years of The Shift is a BIG deal, and I just don’t think we can let this month go by without celebrating the person who made it all happen.

Six years of showing up. Working hard. Figuring things out. Putting in the time, the energy, the late nights, the hard decisions, and so much heart.

Dr. Nicole is one of those people who genuinely cares about people. She shows up for her patients, her family, her friends, and honestly… anyone who needs her. She gives so much of herself, and I don’t think she always realizes how much that means to the people around her.

Patients have watched her build The Shift, grow through the hard parts, learn, change, and keep going. And we are just so proud of her.

Six years is six years of dedication, sacrifice, love, and believing in something enough to keep showing up for it.

Dr. Nicole, we believe in you. We know there is so much more ahead of you, and we know you are capable of whatever you put your mind to.

We love you. We’re proud of you. And we’re so thankful for the person you are.

Happy 6 years of The Shift. 🤍✨

What is actually happening during facial reflexology? I am using my detector tool to make small circles on different pressure points and areas of the face to detect areas of stagnation. Each area of the face is connected to different organs, emotions, and body parts. As we age and experience life, our physical body stores the emotions tied to those experiences and traumas. By practicing facial reflexology we can help balance the nervous system, enter a new brainwave frequency and change our internal chemistry.

The automatic nervous system controls so many of our bodily functions, such as energy, metabolism, breathing, heart rate, digestion, hormones, reproduction, hair growth, sweating, our immune system and our posture. When the nervous gets out of whack, it sets a chair reaction for the rest of the body systems to malfunction. Facial reflexology helps bring balance back to the nervous system.

The theta brainwave state is beneficial to improve memory, physical healing, restful sleep, feelings of bliss and well being, increased creativity and dreaming, improved intuition and spiritual connection, and erases mental fatigue, anxiety and stress. Facial reflexology takes us from a beta brainwave state (stressed) to the theta state.

Cortisol is an important hormone that easily gets off balance from the stressors of life and being exposed to the wrong types of light at certain times of day. Cortisol should be highest in the morning to give us energy and decrease until bedtime when the body starts producing melatonin. When cortisol levels get out of balance it negatively impacts chemicals and hormones such as dopamine, seratonin, GABA, endorphins, oxytocin, melatonin and Human Growth Hormone.

Balance the whole body by using facial reflexology as a healing tool! Practicing daily can transform your health and your beauty!

This weekend was a truly incredible experience for my wife, @tawnykaye and I.

It was a gathering of souls who understand the trials, joys, and pain that come with building businesses & witnessing the profound power of a strong home.

Here, judgment dissolved, replaced by genuine understanding and support.

Everyone from different backgrounds & facing diverse challenges, but one commonality... the unwavering belief in the strength of home and the resilience it brings to our entrepreneurial endeavors!

Watching my wife light up in the company of those who share a similar wavelength was truly great. It's not often that we get to step away from the demands of everyday life, particularly as parents with a disabled son and a toddler...

But the opportunity to immerse ourselves in an environment where we can freely express our dreams, fears, and aspirations, was a much-needed respite, a reminder that we are not alone in our struggles and growth.

The power of community cannot be underestimated. In the presence of individuals who have experienced their fair share of trials, we found deep friendships and inspiration.

Exchanging stories of both successes and failures, knowing that each one is a stepping stone on the path to greatness.

It was in those moments of vulnerability that we realized the immense strength a united home can provide in navigating the infinite trials of entrepreneurship & growth.

As we listened to @mattschneider_official share & @cschneider25 share their vision for a community that fosters growth, connection, empowerment, and integrity over all, & we felt at home.

Becoming founding members of this incredible movement is a natural extension of our journey. 🚀

We are excited to be part of something bigger, something that will continue to grow and support individuals like us who are driven to make their dreams a reality.

Together, we are unstoppable.

If this is something you feel you need, DM me ASAP.

Three things I know to be true:

1️⃣ the universe matches your vibration. If you’re in a high vibe space yourself you’re going to attract high vibe people, experiences and opportunities. Not getting what you want? Check your vibe. How are you showing up on a daily basis?

2️⃣ the universe is always working out for your highest good. Often things that happen in our lives that we think is a setback is typically setting us up for something better. I have countless proof of this in my life and I bet if you looked at yours you could find proof of this too

3️⃣ you go further faster when you have the right support. I have had lots of mentors, advisors and coaches for various aspects of my life. Some are better than others but each of them have served an important role in my life. I like to move fast so if I can get to my destination in half the time I’ll gladly pay an expert to help me.

I have ONE spot left in my power hour 1:1 consulting program before the next price increase. Let’s hop on a call and see if I can help you get to where you want to go faster!

It’s been one week since we met for our retreat in Florida ☀️

An unexpected bonus of the retreat is an exclusive Facebook group where the ladies can stay connected as they continue to work through the content and road blocks they discovered this weekend. This type of support is crucial to keeping your energy high. So often we go to an event, get all energized and refreshed and then return home to the same problems we left. It can be overwhelming to try and navigate that all by yourself. But, luckily for these ladies they don’t have to!

So, whose coming to the next one?! 👀
