How to New Mexico I lived in Abiquiu, New Mexico from ages 2-9. I learned a lot of lessons the city could have never taught me in that time. So when we can, we go back to visit friends and family and try to cram as many of those lessons into a few days for the kids. As you can see, they had a blast! 💥😁

Have you ever eaten Lion's mane. I've honestly only used it as an elixir to help with focus but saw this beauty at the farmer's market sold by @fungusfamilyfarms It was delicious! Next time I'll get 16 ounces to make 10! My children gave me a 9.5/10 rating!

This is why my Pilates classes keep filling up... 💙 If you know me, you know I’ve never been one to do anything exactly the way it’s always been done. I’m always asking myself one question: “How can I make this even more beneficial for the people I’m serving?” That’s exactly why I created Reclaim Pilates. While I have tremendous respect for traditional Pilates, I also recognized a gap—especially for women in midlife and beyond. Many women need more than flexibility and core strength. They need to build functional strength, improve mobility, increase muscular endurance, and move with greater confidence in everyday life. So instead of choosing between traditional Pilates and strength training, I created a program that bridges the two. Reclaim Pilates blends the principles of Pilates with functional resistance training to help women become stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies. The best part? You don’t have to be an athlete. You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to be in perfect shape. You simply have to be willing to start where you are. Okay, my opinion definitely doesn’t matter. BUT Since I work exclusively with doctors and health practitioners and have a deep desire to help healers win…. I felt the need to weigh in on this Cheyenne situation. Girl GON SOMEWHERE 🤣 Ain’t no doctor I know that doesn’t have their credentials on SPEED DIAL. Like literally, folks with doctorates incur significant debt, experience personal traumas and upend their entire lives in the pursuit of advanced education! In fact - my own mother prioritized her family and waited until I graduated from high school to finish her doctorate!! Be a coach, be a healer, be a doctor, but please be YOU. Those letters are earned, not given (sorry to the honorary folks) and kudos to the baddies who were able to see it through to the finish line! I’m not a doctor but… I might just know a few. 😜 I just grabbed some selfies out of my phone. From some of my girlie pops with doctorates. (And don’t be mad at me if your photo ain’t in here I only had room for 20 🤣) Just know you I’m always gonna be your cheerleader! 💚💓💚💓💙💙💙 I tagged all of these gorgeous women and I dropped some of their specialties. Happy Mother's Day! Today I honor my mother who has been my teacher, supporter and even transporter when I need her. It's a blessing to raise my children around her! I honor my big sister @aquilahahmad who honestly is my children's second mother. I love that they call her for advice and she often steps in when I can't. Thank you! Being a mother requires a lot of sacrifice but it's worth it! My children have made me a better person and physician. They keep me on my toes and have no problem letting me know where I can improve! 😄 I'm grateful for my 3 blessings even though they take all my money! Today we reflect and remember the mothers past and present. May we never forget to also honor them the other 364 days. 😉
