Hubby and I trying out the NEW Young Living skincare together! 🧴🤍

Who says skincare is only for ladies? 😂 Time to get hubby involved in my beauty routine too!

The Glow All Out Collection has caught my attention! 😍

After all, taking care of our skin isn’t just about looking good today. It’s about making self-care a little daily ritual. 🥰

And why not age gracefully together? ❤️👫🏻

Now, let’s see whether hubby will continue using it or leave everything to me! 🤣🤣

🌿 Curious about the new Young Living skincare range? Drop me a message!

The more connected we become to technology, the more we need moments like this. 🤍

Moments when we let our guard down. When we feel safe enough to soften. When we remember how deeply we need one another.

This is the connection our souls are craving.

As technology becomes a bigger part of our lives, we can choose to make more space for human connection. For bare feet on the Earth. For shared laughter, gentle movement, and moments that bring us back to our hearts.

I invite you to come home to Mother Earth. To yourself. To the beauty of being together.

Join me November 8–14 in Mexico’s Riviera Maya for an intimate women’s retreat—a space to soften, feel supported, and reconnect with the woman you are beneath all the doing.

Your heart is invited. Just as you are. 🌿

Message me “CONNECTION” for details.

When women come together to practice self-love and gather in sisterhood, we become more powerful—and that healing ripples out into the world. ✨

It’s time.

Time to choose yourself.

Time to come home to your own golden heart. 💛

A glimpse of our Spring Equinox gathering in the Hatch room @foxpointfarms in Encinitas.

We’ll be back in this beautiful space on December 21 for our Winter Solstice gathering—a time to pause, set intentions, and welcome the return of the light.☀️

Our 24 hour desert 🌵escape was divine! Soaking in warm mineral hot spring pools with friends is therapeutic. 😌💧

Even though it was during the heat wave, it was pretty much the same temperature at home. 😉

We’ll be back! We ❤️ @twobunchpalms!

I am always learning… and sometimes the simplest rituals are the ones worth coming back to.

Slowing down is good, too. Feeding my frequency — and apparently, feeding my plants. 🌿

DiGize is something I’ve used for years for tummy support, and recently reminded for my plants- so I started experimenting with it around my plants.
I noticed they seemed to perk up, which got me curious about the aromatic properties of the essential oils in the blend.

Little things. Simple rituals. Paying attention to what supports you.

Feed your energy, heart & soul. ✌🏻

If you’re curious about any of these modalities or ways I work with energy, feel free to reach out. xo

•PS watch my sweet friend @dropintowellness where she supports her plants and shares amazing tips 🌱

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL DAY OF WELLNESS, CONNECTION & COLLABORATION ✨

Still feeling the incredible energy from the first Novo Dia Wellness Market San Diego. 💎📿🤍

The Crystal Queen ❤️ & Mala and Mantra came together to create something truly special: a space filled with intention, beauty, connection, and high-vibrational energy. 🌟

From our beautiful crystal and jewelry experience to our two VIP experiences, including sharing the magic of crystals and intention with many incredible people, it was such an honor to introduce our collaboration to the San Diego wellness community. ✨

But what made this day most meaningful was the people behind it.

We are deeply grateful for every member on our team who contributed their time, energy, talent, creativity, and heart.

Watching everyone work together with such integrity, enthusiasm, and genuine support reminded us of something we believe deeply:

There is no limit to what we can accomplish when we come together with a shared vision and intention.

This is what collaboration looks like.
This is what community feels like.
And this is only the beginning. ❤️

Thank you, Team CQ 💎❤️ MM 📿, for spending your Sunday bringing this vision to life.

And thank you to everyone who stopped by, connected with us, experienced the crystals, created with us, and shared your beautiful energy.

Here’s to more wellness, more connection, more abundance, and more opportunities to create something extraordinary together. ✨

Sunday, well spent. 💛
Started the day teaching outside under a beautiful San Diego sky, doing what I love most. 🧘‍♀️☀️
Then it was lunch with my family at one of my favorite vegan spots, followed by a stroll through a wellness market along the bay in downtown San Diego, supporting friends, small businesses and people putting good things into the world. 🌿✨
And then back home to our favorite place, surrounded by our pets, our people and the kind of quiet that feels like everything.
Movement. Family. Good food. Community. Home.
These are the days I want more of.
Simple, full and deeply nourishing. ❤️

We were born in 1976, met in junior high (or earlier), graduated from San Dieguito high school in 1994, and have maintained our friendships ever since. And we just celebrated all of our 50th birthdays 🎉 with the most incredibly relaxing 😌 vacation in our friends’ family casitas right on the beach. 🏝️

It was like an extended slumber party. We stayed up late, played cards, laughed harder than ever, and had the best time together.

Celebrating health, happiness, and friendship was so much fun that we decided we need to make it happen every year! 🙌

My heart ♥️ is full. True friends are so precious. Love you ladies!! Until next time…🫶

We are nature.

We return to nature to remember who we are.

As women, there is something deeply healing about reconnecting to the elements—to Earth’s rhythms, changing seasons, planting seeds, cycles of growth and release, and slowing down enough to feel our lives again.

This is part of the magic I feel in Mammoth.

We gather September 26, at the threshold of fall.

Nature is already teaching us:

There is a time to plant, grow, bloom, harvest, and let go.

We are no different.

This is why we need experiences like Mountain Magic.

When nature is this potent and beautiful, something reorganizes within us. We step out of constant doing and thinking and return to presence. We remember joy, reconnect mind and heart, and remember what matters.

In that stillness, we begin to hear our hearts again.

✨ Our Golden Hearts.

The place within us that remembers who we are beneath the roles, responsibilities, and noise.

This isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about becoming present enough to fall in love with it again.

Let the mountain hold you.
Let the fire reignite you.
Let the air clear you.
Let the water soften you.
Let nature bring you home.

This was my last night in Croatia after leading two back-to-back retreats. ✨

Over these last five years, I’ve chosen myself.💛

It hasn’t always been an easy road, but today I live as the embodiment of a woman who chooses herself—who finally answered the call of her heart.💛

Traveling the world.
Holding space for women. 💛

Creating experiences that bring beauty, joy, connection, and sisterhood back to the forefront.💛

This is what I do.💛

This is what I love.💛

And this is what I invite you into. 💛

Sometimes we have to step away from the everyday to remember who we are.💛

Our next retreats are calling…
⛰️ Mammoth Mountain — September 26–October 1

🌴 Riviera Maya, Mexico — November 8–14

If something in your heart is whispering yes, listen.💛

Comment RETREAT and I’ll send you all the details.💛

It’s time to choose yourself.💛

It’s time to come home to you. ✨

I can’t believe it’s already been a week since our 8•8 Lion’s Gate Portal One-Day Retreat! ✨

We co-created the most beautiful day with an incredible group of women here in Encinitas. 🤍 Thank you to everyone who joined us. It was really special being together.

We moved through a beautiful flow of mindful movement, gentle yoga, crystal bowl sound healing, Reiki, an emotional release workshop with essential oils, journaling, nourishing food, saltwater pool time, and creating intentional mala bead bracelets with our beautiful friend Judy of @malaandmantra . 📿✨

And we ended the day with a private acoustic concert. 🎶

These are just a few highlights, but the feeling at the end of the day is something that’s hard to put into words.

So many women shared that they felt lighter, rejuvenated, relaxed, and deeply transformed. There were tears, hugs, laughter, joy, and a beautiful sense of connection. ✨

This is why we create these experiences. Sometimes we need a day (or a week-long retreat) to pause, breathe, reconnect, release, and create space for what we want more of in our lives.

We would love to have you join us for one of our final three experiences together of 2026:

✨ Mountain Magic Retreat | Mammoth Lakes
Sept. 26–Oct. 1

🌴 Riviera Maya / Tulum, Mexico
Nov. 8–14

❄️ Winter Solstice Women’s Circle | Fox Point Farms, Encinitas
Dec. 21

🌸 Send us a message or comment “RETREAT” for more information and to save your spot.

Clarity comes when we finally give ourselves the space to slow down and listen. 🤍

Sharing more from our beautiful day in Stories! 😌
