It was my beautiful mommy’s 60th birthday on September 18th.

Thank you for teaching me (almost) everything I know and giving me the broadest avenues to express myself. It’s me n you forever. I love you! #virgo

The way this flag danced to its own song was so touching and magical it took my breath away.
It wasn’t a windy night. The wind that was present just caught it right.
The song was flawlessly executed accompanied by complete respect from all 41,000 people in the sold out ballpark and beyond.
It was just incredible and so memorable.
I hope when you have a bit of magic and glory around you-you take notice of it.

Michigan magic with my bestie. 🤍

A weekend that somehow held SO much… while also feeling like a deep exhale.

Yoga in the woods at Barefoot & Free
A long overdue visit with a dear friend + colleague (and my very first KST adjustment!)

Dinner with another beautiful friend + meeting new friends and DANCING!!

Getting to know my bestie’s Volkswagen people that made me feel like I’ve known them forever!

And of coarse spending healing time in her gorgeous Big Blue, A Center for Wellbeing 💙

Dogs. More dogs. Friends’ dogs. 😂

Nature, laughter, hula hooping, conversations that go deep and ones that make your belly hurt from laughing…

And in between all the doing — REST.

The kind of rest that doesn’t just mean being still. The kind that fills you back up. That reminds you who you are. That reconnects you to good people, nature, movement, play and the simple magic of being exactly where you are.

A whole lot packed into a little weekend… with somehow a whole lot of restoration tucked into it too. ✨

Grateful for this beautiful life, these friendships, and the places that feel like home.

Part 2 of Chiro Gals Weekend 💛

If you ever get the chance to spend a weekend with people who fill your soul, take it.

Today started with us cruising country roads in a 1977 VW bus, singing at the top of our lungs like we were 17 instead of responsible adults. 🚐🎶

There was hat shopping, endless laughter, and lunch at the infamous White Horse Inn in Metamora, MI where we women shared a tomahawk steak that could’ve fed a small village. The evidence? Photos of us gnawing meat off the bone like proud cave women. 🦴🥩

At one point we found ourselves leading a parade of an absurdly long line of cars… we thought there were only a few! 😬 The laughter that followed was the kind that leaves your cheeks sore and your stomach hurting.

The older I get, the more I realize that joy isn’t something you stumble upon.

It’s something you intentionally make room for in your life.

Soul sisters.
Soul food.
Open roads.
Belly laughs.
Simple moments that become unforgettable memories.

✨ Chase your joy. ✨

Look at these photos.

@aleksheide and I didn’t overthink our first HERstory….we had an inkling and just built the room.

Now we’re being very intentional —
Because it turns out our inkling was on point…

and if you want to know why,
you have to be in the room.

Speaker slots are gone…
reveal dropping soon!!!!

A few attendee tickets remain.

July 23. Plymouth.
Link in bio or DM me and I’ll send it.

The BADE woman opens doors and hold it open.

She’s in your corner before you even ask.

She’s sharing your name in rooms you haven’t entered.

Tag the woman who shows up for you…

We don’t compete. We compound.

Last night was more than an event… it was a deep exhale for so many overstimulated mamas who have been carrying the weight of everything for everyone. 🤍

What was created inside Temple MedSpa was truly special. A space for women to pause, breathe, receive, reconnect, and remember that their well-being matters too.

So grateful to have partnered alongside incredible hearts and businesses:
☮️ @templecollectivemedspa and her beautiful team at Temple MedSpa
☮️ @drpaularuffin personalized wine
☮️ @zenlightenmi Wellness Center
☮️ @jarsandsweetsby + @jengorski13 Your Way Landscape Services
☮️ @gotogatherings blooming bouquet
☮️ @szmommyof3 aka @kitchen.gypsy
☮️ @soulfulstacey for toe readings
☮️ @hilljeng for grounding us through movement
☮️ and the beautiful sound bath experience that felt like medicine for the soul.

The evening went way too fast… because when women gather in alignment, time disappears.
There was laughter. Connection. Peace. Healing. Pampering. Conversations that mattered. Women choosing themselves without guilt.

And can we talk about Sherise’s goodie bags?! Absolutely over the top right down to the handwritten thank you card for every single guest and custom t-shirts! That level of intention and care leaves a mark on people.

So many women walked in exhausted… and walked out lighter.

“Sometimes the most productive thing a woman can do is rest, receive, and remember who she is.” 🤍

Life’s significance is found in creating meaningful experiences with people who crave growth, healing, connection, and joy and then sharing those moments with others.

Be on the look out for our next event!!

You are not going to want to miss the next one. #templemedspa #mindsetreset #experiences #timeout
